The one we had before was much nicer overall. Much better build quality from top to bottom. I’ve noticed that with Samsung refrigerators. The cheaper models have cheaper bins, drawers, shelves and compressors and you get improvements in all those areas as you go up in price and add features. Which does makes sense but the quality of this model seemed to be much lower than a model just $200 more. We ended up returning this model for a better one.
