Samsung asked for proof of purchase date, pictures and information about once a week before agreeing to replace. Almost 2 months and still no fridge. Replacement is different as they dont make this model anymore. Truck to deliver. No installation included. Samsug customer service is terrible. They claimed no one in my area authorized to repair. Good luck with any warranty under Samsung.
