We've already had 2 door shelfs break and we are waiting on customer service to send out replacements. It's been over 5 weeks since we've heard from Samsung. The freezer is spacious, the upper level is good, but the components are cheap. I guess this is what we get for getting a lower ended unit.

Door that only opens to 90 degrees, needed to remove doors from fridge to get it in. Comes set up for ideal temps, and holds perfectly. After I got water hooked up, i had to reset filter to feed to ice maker and water pitcher.
