The refrigerator is wonderful after 3 replacements

Great product! The built in water pitcher is the best!

Perfect refrigerator for us as we wanted one with no ice delivery thru the door. There is an internal ice maker which was fine for us. The water delivery is into an internal Picher which works for us as well. The size and look is perfect for us in our kitchen as well.

Worst experience of all time with an appliance installation service. Ordered the fridge a month back and after 3 failed installation attempts, we have to finally returned without even unpacking. At the 1st attempt, the installation tech said there was some minor plumbing work required so they left the fridge in the garage and asked to reschedule once the plumbing work is done. We checked with the plumber they said the work is not required and that we should just connect the water line on our own rather than spending $1000 which BestBuy was asking. So we rescheduled the appointment to only move the fridge from the garage to the kitchen without a water line connection. 2nd attempt was a no show without any notice or follow-up to reschedule. I had to call to reschedule the appointment. For 3rd attempt, the tech showed and said he will not disconnect the current fridge which was part of the current order. Finally got tired of waiting and just canceled the order. This is the last appliance purchase from BestBuy. Luckily our current fridge was working so there was no major impact on day to day use. For those who are looking for an urgent replacement, I would recommend you to think twice. Recommend BestBuy to add a zero star option. Going from Elite customer to Non-customer.

Pretty early in ownership for a review but so far so good. Love the auto fill water pitcher. Ice maker is significant improvement over last refrigerator which had ice/water dispenser on exterior door. Hopefully, it will work for at least 10 years.

Love the refrigerator, but didn’t like the fact that the company that was supposed to install my water came and then said they weren’t allowed to crawl under the house and install the water line per there company and just left without saying anything.

I love the large capacity and the finishes matches the rest of my appliances

I’ve had this fridge 14 months and it quit working. Does not power on. Lost a fridge and freezer full of food.

Fridge works well, water dispenser works well, not enough shelf space in doors

For the most part I like the refrigerator, there are a few things that need improving. The finger resistance is not really resistant at least for my sons fingers. Second the water picture on the inside of the door (like that concept) if you don’t sturdily insert it it won’t refill, and lastly the bottom drawer tends to twists just a little going back in so it shuts unevenly.

Love the capacity, lighting (even fill throughout).

This is a great refrigerator. There is plenty of room for tall containers in both doors and the shelves are movable. I love the built-in thermometer for fridge and freezer, Very happy with the install people and customer support. Highly recommended.

Refrigerator works well, love the inside water pitcher & ice maker

I love this fridge. I'm not going to lie, I really wanted to have the water on the outside, but after a week I love the pitcher. You always have a good amount of very cold water and can fill up 32 oz mugs in under 5 seconds. Great unit!
