I have had numerous Samsung products over the years and when we redid our kitchen, we really liked the look of the black stainless. We ended up with this refrigerator along with matching microwave and dishwasher. Within a month of the 1 year warranty expiring, it started making a noise. It sounds like a fan going bad and it stops when you open any of the 3 doors/drawer. As soon as you close them, it starts back up again. I am amazed that a refrigerator that costs over $2000 only has a 1 year warranty. The problem I am experiencing seems to be incredibly common as there are tons of other people who have had the same problem. You would think that a common problem would be fixed since it seems to be a design flaw. The other incredibly frustrating thing is the water pitcher is not dishwasher safe. We found that out the hard way along with numerous other people. A little plastic water pitcher that can't cost more than a few dollars to make and they are charging $150 to replace it. This pretty much has ruined Samsung for appliances for my wife and I. Our old Frigidaire refrigerator worked for over 20 years before we decided to replace it. This new high tech modern one made it 13 months before problems started.

I absolutely love this fridge! It has so much space and the integrated water pitcher is a really nice feature. I find that my food is staying fresher longer which means less ending up in the trash.

I didn’t consider the depth & had to exchange for a counter depth refrigerator.

Fridge was purchased brand new in October 2023 and completely broke in March 2024. The freezer broke first, then the top part of the fridge, then the whole fridge. The Geek Squad came out and tried to fix it and are "thinking about whether to replace it", meanwhile, we are eating out every single meal until they make a decision. Terrible purchase! And terrible warranty program!

Wasn't sure how I would like the pitcher that fills water in the fridge instead of regular water filler on the front. I love it! Fills the coffee maker and water bottles so fast!

Love the inside pitcher and freezer ice tray. I miss the adjustable shelves in my old model though. Replaced a Samsung after 10 years. Didn’t think we’d buy another one but after much research decided on this model.

It's a good product however after unpacking it was dented on the front doors

Looks great and is working great after about a month. I’ve had other Samsung appliances and I’ve never had an issue, so I’m looking forward to this one being just as good.

I LOVE this refrigerator, it has alot of compartments to fit EVERYTHING! The flexibility of the shelves allows you to be able to adjust them based off of your needs.

I bought this in Dickson City Pa for our new condo in Virginia Beach. We didn't actually receive it for a month. Now, I cannot register it!!! The water pitcher is defective. It dribbles water every time you use it. I cannot complain about it because I cannot register it!!! Please feel free to reach out to help me. I'm not really expecting you will but it's nice to ask.

No problems with fridge at all. Very convenient water maker and ice maker. Everything is nice and cool and it doesn't take long at all. Good sale price at the time of purchase.

Great fridge and beautiful look especially since i paid less than half the price for it in the outlet. I will say they do have issues with their water dispenser bin after a while but not a deal breaker

Love the look and style of this fridge. I am impressed with the size of the refrigerator and the freezer is very functional as well. The ice maker could definitely work faster but overall, it's a great purchase.

Bought a different brand fridge and started having problems from installation. I had to have that replaced before the year was complete. This one works like a dream.

I really like this refrigerator, however it caused breaker problems after 2 days. We had the undesirable breaker replaced and it works fine.

Excellent item and excellent place to purchase appliances

Please do not buy. I purchased a bundle. The dishwasher, refrigerator, range, and microwave. The appliances are not fingerprint or smudge proof. Every touch leaves a mark which means constant cleaning and polishing. Cleaning with a disinfectant wipe or soap and water smears, so you have to follow up with stainless steel polish. The rating was reduced further, because Samsung used cheap stickers to place their brand logo and after 2 months (3 days after the purchase is eligible to return) the A in Samsung wiped off while polishing. It's tacky and disappointing to have to search on Ebay for a replacement sticker on 4000 appliances! The positives are the dishwasher is actually quiet and works well. The stove cooks perfectly and is beautiful, and the fridge has lots of storage. The griddle attachment that comes with the stove scratched after the first clear (do not use any abrasive scrubbing pads). A cleaning service I use occasionally scratched it while cleaning. If they were cheaper I would be less upset, but it was too expensive of a purchase to have this issue and if you go on the Samsung website, people have this issue 6-18 months after purchase. It's a known issue and they have not addressed it. I regret my purchase.

This refrigerator is sleek looking and has excellent features at a great price! So far it's been a great update from the previous Samsung model we had.
