Everything about this icebox is nice from the looks to the functionality. Definitely have no regrets buying it. Another good product made by Samsung.

Pretty nice refrigerator...could be a little more "well made" inside, the freezer section seems a bit "cheap" (like the ice cube container, and the freezer drawer itself.

Excellent! Big step up from my old fridge! The set up was easy and just connected the waterline up and after 12 hours we had ice along with filtered water!

So far so good. With the ice maker in the freezer, seems like there is so much more room in the fridge. Haven’t had any issues with it, and hopefully it stays that way.

Great fridge, I have been very impressed with the two Samsung products that I have purchased recently, top notch, I love my new fridge.

Needed a new fridge, i was hesitant. So far its been great. Only issue is the ice maker is set up weird. Ice fills up but the way its designed it falls behind the drawers.

I love the inside water system with the pitcher filled up magically!! Would recommend this appliance to anyone!! No issues at alllll!!

I purchased this fridge and had it delivered. I plugged the fridge in, and it blew the GFCI outlet repeatedly. I tried every outlet in the kitchen and not a single one was able to keep the fridges power on. GFCI, non GFCI, it didn’t matter. So, I thought it was the power to the kitchen and had an electrician come and take a peek. He couldn’t find anything wrong. I had Best Buy replace the fridge with a new replacement of the same fridge. Plugged it in, same exact problem. The guy hadn’t even finished pulling the plastic off and hooking up the water line before it powered off. So needless to say I just returned the entire thing. I bought a GE and have not had a problem. This fridge is garbage. Which is a shame because it was a beautiful fridge and had some cool features like the water pitcher. Unfortunately I could not keep it powered on.

The unit is a nice looking addition to our house, but starting with the first week it began having problems - top lights not on, incorrect temp settings, and not cooling (compressor and fan not running), heating up. After talking with Samsung several times since this is under a manufacturer's warranty, they offered to give me Best Buy store credit for the unit. I really like the unit and hopefully I just got a lemon this first time. When it runs properly, it's awesome. There are no repair centers in this entire Las Cruces area (or anywhere in this part of the country), hence Samsung giving me full store credit.

1 yr and 3 months and a minimum of $600 to get it repaired (this doesn't include labor). Apparently the main board has gone bad. 1 yr and 3 months.

Ice and water at last. Two key features I was looking for that did not come on the outside of the fridge. Overall an excellent buy.

Love the clear shelves on the door. Inside shelves are not very adjustable. Had to put half gallon milk sideways but they do fit. This is almost identical to our previous Samsun refrigerator just a little bigger.

Love that there are no water dispenser and ice maker inside the door that takes up square feet space in the refrigerator section.

We have only had this refrigerator a short time but so far it has been fine. The temps in the fridge and freezer were checked and were right on. Lots of room.

Very nice refrigerator. The built in water jug is really neat and doesnt take up all the room in the door like the traditional water dispenser/ice maker

Great service at Best Buy store and very fast in and out with no problem. Plus the drop off guys were really helpful and patient by answering my questions.

The bottom freezer is awkward to use. Could use more organizing bins. May just take getting used too. The interior door water pitcher is better than in door exterior models.
