    Delivery was horrible. We just lost our house in the glass fire and we are renting a house and we need a fridge for the garage. First, we didn't get a call warning us what time they would show up. Then when they showed up I was cleaning the garage so they could but it in there and I need 10 minutes to finish up and they told me no. They dropped it off in a rush one of the drawers inside was cracked. It is a good fridge but I wouldn't buy it if you have to deal the delivery service I had to deal with.

    Hello, I received my refrigerator damaged on 2/8/23. The bottom freezer was cracked in half. I was told that the guarantee had expired and that a technician would need to come out to inspect for confirmation for warranty credit. This was done over three weeks ago. I haven't heard from the store as of yet in regards to the new replacement. Extremely dissatisfied.

    Pros- Beautiful fridge. Works great, keeps food super cold. Has nice features. Cons- Fridge door hinge stays open some times and door clangs into other door. Shelf stability. Shelf fell in the middle of the night.

    Black Stainless is an excellent look, way more room in the refrigerator than I thought there would be. Just takes some time to get use to the pull out freezer.

    Great choice, like the dual doors and inside lighting as well as the door alarm. I prefer to have bottles standing up, instead laying'm down. Still trying to figure out how to move (up/down) shelves.

    It’s a lot of space as long as it’s nothing there but it’s worthless space,if you but a case of pop in there or something of that nature it tight and the two bottom drawers are just as bad it looks good empty.

    This is probably the worst “fingerprint resistant” refrigerator ever! It’s worse than ones I have had that didn’t claim to be “fingerprint resistant”. The refillable water pitcher is nice but leaks when pouring so have to pour over sink which is very inconvenient. I have to look up to see how to clean underneath the glass above the Crisper drawers bc any spill get underneath the glass due the poor seal.

      We all know a working autofill pitcher is needed to enjoy a glass of water, StephanieK. Let's go ahead and check what caused the leak.

      Upon checking to prevent the water pitcher from spilling over or leaking, make sure the sealed mouth is properly inserted.

      Please check this link to your user manual for details. Turn to page 46.

      The AutoFill water pitcher will stop filling if it detects a leak, and will make the icon on the panel blink until the issue is resolved. Please check this link for details.
