    Many factory defects. Poor alignment of the upper doors. Seal between the upper doors defective. Unable to remove the glass shelves above the vegetable draws. These defects were on 4 new refrigerators with samsung well aware and unable or unwilling to make the repairs

    Don't waste your money. We have had this refrigerator for less than 2 months and it suddenly stopped making ice. Reset the ice button. Making one tray of ice every 12 hours. Apparently, Samsung ice makers don't work according to reviews.
