Seal between the upper doors defective. Unable to remove the glass shelves above the vegetable draws. These defects were on 4 new refrigerators with samsung well aware and unable or unwilling to make the repairs

Geek squad came out to repair it. They ordered parts came out again on 9/20/23. Still not fixed. They had to order another part that we still waiting on.

We have had this refrigerator for less than 2 months and it suddenly stopped making ice. Reset the ice button. Making one tray of ice every 12 hours. Apparently, Samsung ice makers don't work according to reviews.

Still Some Issues With the Purchase.

I am also chagrined by the fact that one week after the refrigerator was delivered, our old refrigerator remains stored in our garage. Part of the purchase agreement we signed included no charge pick up and removal of the refrigerator we replaced.

Installers left without the refrigerator being in working status. It took almost 4 weeks for it to be picked up for return. Talk about extreme disappointment and frustration.
