Please know the Family Hub is running under the Tizen 4.0 operating system, and apps designed for the IOS system may or may not be available for the family hub.
If the app involves a third party (such as Pandora), contact the company that provides and maintains the app. They may be able to provide more information.

Hub froze and rarely works from day one

The screen just has been frozen 90% of the time. It’s a friendly reminder why android devices are terrible. I’ve tried everything and the screen doesn’t respond to any touch or Bluetooth or anything. Had the thing for less than two weeks. It’s a nice refrigerator but the gadget is a pain.
