This is a fantastic refrigerator! It’s not as expensive as most of the refrigerators on the market which is great. It works like an expensive one though! The water dispenser inside is genius!

Great refrigerator. Leaves frost in the freezer and the ice maker can’t keep up with my family of 5 so we end up buying ice to supplement. Other then that this fridge has worked excellent l.

We had this refrigerator for just over a year and the cooling compressor failed in the middle of the night. We woke up to water everywhere and hundreds of dollars in groceries destroyed. Over the past two days we have tried to go through Samsung’s customer service to have it repaired since the compressor has a 10 year warranty… The contractors have been nothing but rude. The last one told me it would be weeks, maybe months before he would be able to repair the fridge because they don’t repair it prior to Samsung approving the repair cost… This conversation was followed by him hanging up on me when I asked for his availability and he said “when I can get there.. which takes a while”. Samsung’s Customer service just keeps putting us through the ringer and it’s at the point where we might as well purchase a new fridge.

it was delivered on the day it was scheduled for and in the time period they said it would be here. The 2 gentlemen that delivered it were very good at their job. It was a little tight getting it in through the front door but they did it with no mishaps. There was a little mishap which was my fault I forgot to turn the water off and it got on the floor. While I went down stairs to turn off the water they were sopping it up with towels that I had given them. When they finished everything was where it was supposed to be. I compliment them for the their patience and the courtesy they showed me

It was love at first sight. Exactly what I wanted and more than I needed. The lighting is perfect, the ice maker is quiet and outside is easy to clean and keep clean.

I am in love with this fridge. This keeps my 3 yr old from touching the water and ice button because its all internal. I love it!

Fridge is nice and roomy but a disaster to clean. If anything leaks it gets trapped under the glass and is impossible to reach. We have already had to warranty a door bin because it feel off the door exploding liquids across our floor. The water dispenser works when it wants. The ice maker takes awhile to produce ice and tends to get rather loud. Love the upgrade in size but its definitely got its headaches with it

The fridge is great. There’s tons of room for storing larger cakes when decorating. The shelves in the door move very easily and the removable shelves make cleaning spills super easy.

very pleased with purchase. had a French door refrigerator with ice & water dispenser on the exterior. nothing but problems. very much like inside water dispenser.

Looks perfect. Fits perfect as old replacement. Large capacity without looking huge from outside and overtaking the space. New so we will need to see how it holds after years

The size is just right, the gray metallic color is so nice. It is easy to fill up and maintain. We’re happy to have, and hope that it will last long…

The best refrigerator i ever owned. So quite and it get cold very quickly. I love this refrigerator. The refrigerator i had before would not keep things as cold as this one.

This fridge met almost all our needs. The only thing missing was a water dispenser.:. that was rectified fairly quickly with customer service.

This refrigerator has many options of how it operates and the energy it may save for your home. Plenty of space, clean outside, and it has everything you would need.

I love the side by side top fernch doors with the freezer on the bottom as well as having the water dispenser on the inside to give it a more streamline look.

Temperature controls are easy to use. Interior LED lighting provides good illumination throughout.

The entire family loves the refrigerator. It's so spacious and everything is easy to get too. Highly recommended.

Excellent and works exactly as expected. Water dispenser is a great plus as well. The french doors are great with extra storage along the side as well.
