Great product - Much Installation Drama

I had so much trouble getting it installed from the tech person stating that they don't turn off or on your water, or that they had to return the fridge because it had been rescheduled but I finally got it done almost a month later than I bought it but they didn't totally do all they needed to do, but my daughter competed it for me. I just glad I finally got it, since we're older people, and tempting the refrigerator 3 times was a bit much on my husband especially when no one told us what to expect beforehand.
