Have needed a new refrigerator and saw this one on sale. Salesman was very knowledgeable and showed me three versions of this model. Delivery and set up was awesome. Those guys really earned their fee. Super tight fit but they made it work. Could not be happier with purchase .

Pricey fridge but pretty good! Love the internal dispenser and that it cools all my items evenly. Y’all need to double check the doors because they are little hard to close. Other than that it’s good.

Just your typical fridge with the difference of an internal water dispenser. The dispenser splashes and seems cheap. The area easily seems to get dirty. Because of that, my rating is only 4 stars.

The refrigerator works great, but has the durability of a tin can. We’ve had this less than 6 months and it has so many dings it’s ridiculous. We don’t have young children and are pretty careful, but this thing will dent if you look at it wrong. I can’t believe how poor this is made. Definitely don’t waste your money if you want something that will last and look decent.

It is a very nice refrigerator. We have only had it a few days. When purchased we thought we was getting the 1 with the water pitcher in it but when delivered it was not. Could have returned it but decided we would keep this 1

It's nice, but has a dent in the door. Best Buy gave us a gift card as the option was send the fridge back and wait 6 months for another.

Good quality product. A couple of points worth noting a) the water dispenser is on the interior of the left door b) Ice maker is located in the bottom freezer location.

Nice finish. It is missing some storage functions that our old GE fridge had (a foldout shelf on the freezer door; and some of the door shelves are smaller than our old fridge.

The refrig came exactly as descibed and at the exact time they commited. It was during Christmas and no other retailer could deliver a refrig of any cost or type for months. We are thrilled with Best Buy!

This is a very nice fridge . The ice department not so much its a little slow or it does not fill up the bucket . So all in all this is a great fridge just lacks a little in the ice.. but I also use alot of ice.

The quality and price of the appliances were great. The crew that installed it were beyond expectation. Best Buy is the place to go when you want a great experience and peace of mind.

Works great and looks great. I was able to install myself in no time. Only complaint I have is with the plastic wrapping that protected the front from scratches took about an hour to get it all off.

This fridge has been great so far. And the ease to take it apart in order to fit through the doorways was amazing. Even leveling out the door was the so simple with the spacers provided.

This refrigerator is very good value for a French Door Refrigerator. It has ice and water on the inside so it stays cleaner. It also takes up the same space of smaller capacity unit.

The refrigerator arrived on time and we like it! Our only complaint is the thermostat needs servicing. The numbers don't illuminate correctly. Other that it works and looks great.

Delivery was on time and well performed. There was confussion about the water line. They ended up using our water line and did not credit us untill we called.

Like the refrigerator.....Disappointed the pitcher did not come on delivery waiting on my sales person to call me that it is in.

We were looking for a refrigerator went to a store and where told it was 4 months out went to Best Buy they were able to get us one within a month thank you

Love this fridge. I can't stand the wasted room of a water dispenser and ice maker on the left door.

So far so good. It's a nice time refrigerator that has deep door shelves and had served or family of 6 very well. Would definitely recommend
