    Frige is o.k. icemaker is abust. I cant go without ice and it doesnt make ice like my old frige did. Every 30 minutes. For such a big thing, it lacks on productivity.

    Just got it this morning. Water will not dispense nor will it make ice and yes the water is turned on. Water gets to the filter but no further. Samsung was no help. Calling in the morning to get a new one.

    Not cooling after 7 months, Samsung won't provide repair service until May 24. Not recommending this purchase.

    Handle does fit and you won’t fix it. Supposed to be in order and then was told there was no order to replace.

Because the doors of the refrigerator are designed to be removable during the installation process, sometimes they need to be tightened back into place.     This Refrigerator always gives some or the other trouble, the bottom compartment always froze no matter how ever we alter the settings.

    It was the worst! They didn't go over the unit, they did clean they did ware a mask, left trash in the house and in the yard! the worst never again

    It Died in Less Than 5 years

    It was great while it worked. But after a minor power outage it died. And will cost an estimated $600 to repair and no one can come to service it for 2 days. Which means not only are we out at least $600, but all of our perishable food as well.

    We bought during the height of the pandemic so availability of products wws limited. Went with this because it was available. Bought October 2020 and broke by August 2024.

    I liked it until my milk spoiled. It does not maintain temperature. Isn't that the main job of a refrigerator? No more Samsung for me, although they used to be my preferred brand. 3 years old - throwing it out.

    Fridge is great but

    So the fridge and freezer themseves are great, the problem is the water pitcher. After a month we noticed a mold buildup around the too so we rook it apart to clean. I checked everywhere and found nothing stating that it is not dishwasher safe and we put it in the dishwasher. Disaster. It completely warped the entire pitcher so the top will not even fot on the pitcher anymore…. And the replacement for it is $100…. Who wants to spend $100 replacing a water pitcher?! There needs to be a removeable sticker on the pitcher stating to hand wash only.

      Thank you for your honest feedback, and we hope you are in good health. We are saddened that the Auto Fill Water Pitcher, which is made out of plastic, got damaged after a cycle in the dishwasher. Your feedback helps us understand where we can take steps to improve our product and service.

      Your Auto Fill Pitcher is not dishwasher safe. Washing it in the dishwasher can warp the pitcher and cause leakage. Always hand wash the pitcher with light soap. I have shared Samsung links below that show it is not dishwasher safe.

    Pitcher drips as you pour

    Great refrigerator but the water pitcher drips when you are pouring water into your glass. I pour water hovering over my sink because it will drip as you pour.

    Never, ever buy a Samsung fridge, please.

    Purchased this refrigerator and 3 months after the warranty expired it stopped defrosting. Ice had built up over the coils and continues to build up, covering the defrost drain hole. You must manually defrost the refrigerator every 2-3 months, emptying your food into coolers in the process. Feels like I'm living in the 1950's. Samsung apologizes and keep sending technicians who simply tell me 'I can defrost your fridge but I can guarantee the problem will recur. There is a design flaw here'. They refuse to admit it and provide me with a new unit. I wish someone had told me about this before I bought the product. If in doubt, google 'Samsung refrigerator defrost problems'. or "Samsung refrigerator class action lawsuit". I'm simply trying to make sure you don't make the same mistake that I and tens of thousands of others have made...

    Such POOR service from Samsung

    I bought this refrigerator in October and it stopped cooling in December. It ruined a lot of my food. I tried to schedule service through Samsung, but the local repair shop they use never called me back. I've heard a lot of other folks have had trouble getting their Samsung appliances serviced. I wouldn't recommend buying Samsung refrigerators.

    The WORST

    We are finally getting rid off this refrigerator after 5 years of pain. One issue after another including faulty ice maker, coils freezing, constant puddle of water under crisper drawers, and inconsistent cooling. Freezer handle broke after only months of purchase. Door shelves also broke early on. We purchased this based on great reviews so felt obligated to write this one. Don't do it! Goodbye Samsung!

    Big metal box

    Dead on arrival- Compressor was bad. Unit was manufactured February 2021. Samsung is exchanging it for a new one. Also- the internal water dispenser drips some.
