I seriously love this fridge. My only complaint is that the top drawer of the freezer feels like it’s hard to see even when pulled out. But the fridge is huge and beautiful and it’s a small negative. Definitely worth the cost

Very spacious fridge. The lights work and it is keeping my food cold

Basic French door fridge but I don't need fancy. I like my food cold and my ice cream frozen. Like the positive close feature as I replaced a fridge that would not click the door into the closed position. That left it cracked open on many occasions. Door shelves are one piece- also left that problem behind with another brand. Best Buy delivery was awesome.

We really like the size of 28 cu. ft. compared to the 17 cu.ft. . We have a lot of Samsung products and never had any problems from any of them. The french doors and bottom freezer are very handy to use. Would buy again!

It is overall a nice refrigerator, but some of the issues with quality, not sure if it is occuring at Samsung or Best Buy, are disappointing and a bit frustrating. The first refrigerator that was delivered Best Buy replaced due to the bottom frame where the freezer drawer closes against the refrigerator was significantly bent and damaged and was affecting the door sealing properly. I have to give some credit to Best Buy as they made the replacement process easy and I didn't have to do any arguing over getting the replacement going, my experience is Best Buy does care about customer satisfaction. The replacement we received had a spot on the same section of the frame that had also been bent, but was very minor and doesn't appear to be affecting the seal of the freezer. The refrigerator doors on the replacement are also uneven (by at least a 1/4 inch) and I didn't see any way to correct this aside from parts that weren't included. I checked the level on the refrigerator and it is so this is not the issue, and appears to be an issue of being poorly assembled. The damage to the frame appears to either be due to the refrigerator being caught on something while it was being moved or it being lifted improperly. I have to say that this is a huge disappointment on a brand new refrigerator that some basic quality issues aren't being addressed and units are arriving in this condition. Samsung also needs to rethink how they are installing the protective plastic film, it is very difficult to remove all of it due to it appearing to be tucked into the framing of the refrigerator and it is pretty much impossible to remove without leaving behind small pieces of the plastic film. The positives to it are that it has a lot of space inside, especially in the refrigerator section, and the interior doesn't seem to have any quality issues that we've ran into yet. It does also seem to use less electricity than our older and smaller LG did, the variable speed compressor I'm sure helps with this. The temperature control also seems to work well and we no longer find items in the refrigerator that are partially frozen like our old one. The ice maker isn't the fastest I've seen, but it works reliably so far. This likely would have been a 5 star review had there not been issues with the damaged frame and the doors being aligned properly.

We bought this refrigerator about one month ago, and so far it has been great. We bought this model because we didn't need or want the bells and whistles, and we prefer the larger space without the water dispenser. The layout of the shelving and drawers is great, and the operation is essentially silent. The only negative: the LED lighting is from above, so the lower shelves are somewhat dark. We saw that other models illuminate the inside of the 'fridge from the front so that every shelf becomes illuminated. In the store there is nothing in there, and so the light from above shines through the glass shelves, but once you load it up, the bottom shelves become dark. If the lighting were better for the bottom shelves, then i would have given it a full five stars.

So far so good! I have had the refrigerator for one month and haven’t had any issues. Delivery was smooth and online customer service was excellent.

This is our second purchase of the same Samsung 3-Door refrigerator. Totally satisfied with quality, performance and overall value of product.
