Replaced the 5-6 years old Samsung, decided to give Samsung another try, hope it lasts for around 10 years, so far I'm happy.

I like the clean look of the refrigerator. Lots of space inside, large draw slides smoothly. Love the freezer on the bottom.

Refrigerator works okay. It looks great and is incredibly spacious but freezer capacity is a little lacking. The ice tray is on the top of the freezer so it takes up quite a bit of space that could be used for something else. The biggest issue lies within warranty and repairs. Warranty repairs for Samsungs are done specifically by those selected by the manufacturer. In my area (100 mi), there is only one company that services Samsung. After owning this for 6 months, the compressor blew out and Best Buy was unable to make the repair. After being instructed to file the claim on Samsung's website, all would normally go well except, that one company has rescheduled me three times now and I am now on Month 2 without a refrigerator. Easy way to burn through the warranty period if they can't service your refrigerator for months and don't do anything to extend it as a result.

Bought this unit because of the price on sale for 1299.00. Once it was delivered and set up very pleased with the quality of the unit

I love my new fridge raider oh it's so big Romain beautiful love it it does wonders in my kitchen we are so happy with it I don't Use the icemaker because our water over here had a funny taste to it I live near Eagle Creek park But I would truly recommend this to anybody lotta space inside of it to two doors open app you can put product on both sides of the door love it the freezer is big and roaming real good is quiet when it runs you can wipe out this smudges it doesn't show love it love it love it

We really like the French door style and appreciate the larger capacity of this Samsung. The door shelves are larger than expected and holds more than our prior garage unit. Upon start up the unit started cooling down the refrigerator section to 37 and freezer to 0 degrees. I like the digital temperature display when you open the right door. We did not connect any water to this unit as it serves as as additional storage to our main counter deep kitchen refrigerator. So far this has been a great addition for our food needs.

Amazing storage area, saved a few hundo by not getting the water dispenser. Makes tons of ice! Very Happy!

Good frig. Pretty quiet. But the shipping crew is awful. They put the trash in the neighbor's dumpster. I have to get them out. Called bestbuy 10 times, they won't haul away the trash. Now those huge boxes and forms stuck in my basement.

Samsung does it right making the maxuim usable space of tight areas. Easy to clean inside and outside.

Very big. Lots of room in refrigerator and freezer. Ice cubes are large and you have to break them apart but unit is very quiet. No inside water dispenser as i was led to believe.
