Came on time, did it quickly, and gave me a run down on how it worked. This is my third Samsung fridge. Really happy that the ice comes out clear in this one. Don't know why it doesn't on my other fridge.

It was delivered and installed on February 15, 2021. The two gentlemen who delivered and installed it were very professional, friendly and efficient. They did an excellent job installing and answering my questions. They place the old refrigerator in the basement as requested. I couldn't be happier with the service or the refrigerator. The refrigerator looks great in our new kitchen, is very large and works very well. No issues to date. Love the fact that I got it on sale during the Presidents day holiday

When it arrived it was nice but did not have an internal water dispenser like the floor model I was looking at.

Supposedly, I should be able to turn off this option which is located inside my fridge door but it wouldn't work. So my freezer is overflowing with ice that I don't need and ice took over 25 percent of the space. So, I wouldn't buy it again and won't recommend

It was starting to lose its cooling capacity, so it was time to upgrade. This Samsung has top fridge and bottom freezer sections which is a better layout, because the fridge section is now the full width allowing for more flexibility in the use of the space. We don't use the ice maker though, and it does take up some space in the freezer section.
