No water dispenser, but never used it on our previous refrigerator. A lot of space, but the freezer drawer cannot pull out very far. You have to kind of reach in to get anything inside, especially lower level.

This is exactly what I wanted. It was not on the floor, but I described to Ian, my salesperson, what my Dream Refrigerator would be and lo and behold he found this one. Right color, right style and hot darn! on sale as well. Delivery was smooth and courteous and now that I've had it for two weeks I'm still amazed at how well I like it. Sounds silly, I know, but its really nice.

I like and dislike the open door chime feature. I like it because obviously it chimes if the door is left open for too long. I dislike it when I'm putting groceries away, getting food out to prepare a meal, or when I think I'm hungry and I nees to stare into the refrigerator for a while. The chiming and blinking lights seem to happen too soon. Other than that, it's easy to control the settings and it looks nice.

Samsung home appliances are horrible!

I bought the fridge in 2021 and by 2023 it died. Dealing with Samsung is impossible since none of their reps are local, everyone you deal with is overseas. Repair guy that finally came that was contracted with Samsung said it was motherboard so he charged me $500 to repair, that didn't fix the fridge so he says Samsung will send some other company out to fix the compressor. WHAT? Why would a fridge repair guy contracted by Samsung not be able to fix a fridge? It's been out for over a week now and Samsung can't tell me when this new company will come out to fix it.
