    I received a defective model. It would not seal. Best Buy was courteous enough to arrange for an exact model exchange.

    My fridge bit the dust after only 6 months. I woke up on a Saturday morning to my fridge and freezer being over 60 degrees and all my food being ruined. I tried and tried getting customer service but never got a live person until Monday. Even then I couldn’t get any help in a timely manor. I kept getting people saying they don’t offer same day service and that it could take up to 2 days for them to call and schedule the repair and then they could be up to another week out. All the while I am watching hundreds of dollars in food go bad.

    Missing handle screws

    This item was delivered, but never installed. I installed myself, however the screws to the door were not inside or on the fridge. Called trying to get them and apparently I have to contact the manufacturer even tho I purchased through bestbuy

    Don't buy! Having this fridge is like dating a supermodel that's completely psycho. Looks great, feels great but broke after 11 months. Customer service sucks. Day 6 of no fridge currently.

    I’m leaving a one star because the FamilyHub feature doesn’t work. The primary reason why I purchased this refrigerator was for its user interface. I even exchanged the fridge twice thinking it was a defected item, clearly not. I’m told my Samsung the refrigerator doesn’t have that feature yet because it’s new. Hmmm, then why market it as FamilyHub? I’m hoping someone can help resolve this issue, so I can finally enjoy the refrigerator and it’s amenities.

    Make sure you are getting a new unit

    Very bad experience. I paid for a new unit but they sent out used/open box. We requested a replacement and was sent even a more worse looking one with bumps and scratches. This was after waiting 1 hour outside the delivery time frame and was told by the delivery driver that Samsung sends them products without boxes.

    Im not so much upset with the product but more with Best Buy. Moral to the story: DO NOT opt to have them deliver. I bought an open box and got a great deal. They delivered it and it was damaged beyond belief. Then I couldnt get the same price for another. I just asked for my money back and bought elsewhere. It was a shame. Otherwise... Great fridge and even better if I would have gotten it for the deal I originally had.

    ordered this product and bestbuy delivered a complete damaged product reschedule the deliver and gain send a damaged product. geek squad keeps calling and saying sorry we cant do anything will reschedule for you. no quality check from bestbuy end. never expected such bad service from best buy. looks like bestbuy is selling outlet products a new products.

    AWFUL!! Purchased December 23, 2020. Compressor went out January 15, 2021. Have been dealing with Samsung repair support, and the parts aren't available to repair. Didn't even work for a whole month. Will never purchase a Samsung fridge again.
