    Don't ,I cannot use the Tablet at all. That gets me mad so much money for nothing . can I sent it back

    We've had this refrigerator for 4 years now and we absolutely love it! Has made many happy holiday memories playing music etc in the kitchen while cooking with the family.

    It is impossible to review an item by a set date when that date is 10 days before delivery of the item. Best Buy needs to review their practices.

    I’ve never had an issue with this fridge i purchased it November of 2022 til June of 2024 it was getting to cold. I called and got a service well here we are in August and the freezer isn’t working all of the stuff is going to need to go in the trash. And no service until September 4.

    Worse almost 3k dollars I ever spent!! I should have listened to everyone telling me not to waste my money. Smh, and to top it off I had a best buy geek plan and it was days that expired and they wouldn't accept to fix anything. Just don't buy any samsung save yourself headaches.

    I'm really disappointed with the family hub portion of this fridge. We initially bought it because of the user friendly features of being able to access everything from your phone, but now it uses Smart Things which limits to 'Shopping List, upload of pictures and videos, temperature, and ice maker..' You can no longer post notes from your phone, manage family schedule or use the white board. This price tag is for the "Family Hub" Feature and they eliminated half the things you could do. I'm really upset and I hope it becomes a priority to bring those features back.
