I called and got a service well here we are in August and the freezer isn’t working all of the stuff is going to need to go in the trash. And no service until September 4.

I should have listened to everyone telling me not to waste my money. Smh, and to top it off I had a best buy geek plan and it was days that expired and they wouldn't accept to fix anything. Just don't buy any samsung save yourself headaches.

We initially bought it because of the user friendly features of being able to access everything from your phone, but now it uses Smart Things which limits to 'Shopping List, upload of pictures and videos, temperature, and ice maker..' You can no longer post notes from your phone, manage family schedule or use the white board. This price tag is for the "Family Hub" Feature and they eliminated half the things you could do. I'm really upset and I hope it becomes a priority to bring those features back.
