||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not happy at all where do I start the day my fridge is being delivered the two guys could not get the fridge in the door so they offered to leave it in the garage and come the next day and bring tools to remove my front door and put the fridge inside well three months later and I’m just now getting my fridge put in the house they kept rescheduling and sending cruise that did not know what they were doing.

Ft. 4-Door French Door Smart Refrigerator with FlexZone Drawer in Stainless Steel, and I couldn't be happier. The refrigerator itself is spacious, quiet, and stylish — the FlexZone drawer is especially useful for organizing different items. Best Buy provided good customer service throughout the process — from purchase to delivery. The product was delivered on time, and the team handled installation smoothly and professionally. Overall, Best Buy is a seller with good standing, and I would definitely buy from them again. Highly recommend both the product and the store!

Water dispenser filter unit had to be replaced, too. Best Buy’s “extended warranty” on Samsung’s refrigerators means Best Buy won’t help you during the first year - you have to call Samsung who won’t do anything but send technicians. No one has accountability. I’ll never shop with Best Buy again and I’ll never purchase a Samsung again.
