I love the fridge but when it was installed into my new home, the handles were uneven as were the doors. However, it was corrected quickly.

Ice maker is a little noisy, but works just fine. Love the extra drawer for drinks and snacks.

We purchased this same model in 2010. I was 100% satisfied with that refrigerator and all of its features. Unfortunately the freezer stopped defrosting and could not be repaired. So we replaced it with this 2014 model. Sad to say, not nearly as good. It has half the lighting of the old one. The doors and drawers do not operate as smoothly. The storage on the doors has been reduced. The door handles appear to be made out of aluminum, not stainless steel and the color does not match the doors. After closing one of the french doors, items stored on the door rattle. Over all quality is not as good. However, it is cooling and freezing. But I could have paid a lot less to get those basic needs.

my hubby had been bugging me about getting a bigger fridge and we decided on this one. I have to say it was great investment. My hubby loves the temperature control for the drinks.

Great refrigerator! Water filter is awesome. Taste is great. The beverage drawer could use reconfiguring . Seems roomy but can only fit one layer of cans so depth is wasted space

We waited for the Memorial Day sale to purchase. We are glad we did because we even got it cheaper that the sales price and also had free delivery. Overall great purchase looks really amazing in our kitchen.

I have researched a lot before buying samsung refrigerator at best buy. They beat the price compared to other stores, and they even gave me $50 gift card along with points and then followed by $30 certificate. I have been happy with my purchase and they setup. They delivery was free and setup took care by delivery men. They took extra care in fitting this 32" appliance in very tight place. So far so great, and I recommend best buy n service.

I really like the French door layout, and the flex drawer is very handy. The only thing I am not that impressed with is the ice maker. The cubes are small and come out of the dispenser rather slow.

I'm so happy with this purchase and the delivery. It took no time to get cold. It's super quiet, has a lot of space and gorgeous to look at.

This refrigertor is amazing. It's just as advertised in function and capability. Easy to buy online with super fast delivery. Delivery people set it up and went over product in detail. Great service. Very careful installing new product. I give best buy a 10

The fridge is beautiful in person. The lighting makes it feel like a products of the future. All our guests compliment us on the fridge. So far it’s been exceeding our expectations for every feature, although, it feels as if it’s not much more space than our previous fridge which was 22.8 cubic. I think some of the lost space is gone in the fridge door compartments which are a bit awkward in size and only fit smaller bottled condiments. Other than that which is a small detail, awesome fridge.

I bought this mainly because it has 28.2 cf. I wanted to get rid of my garage fridge and consolidate. It's so spacious I don't need 2 anymore. I love most things about it but the freezer could use some baskets to keep things organized, otherwise the food just piles up and keeps you digging to find what you're looking for. Love the Deli drawer and the freezer drawer!

The fridge was deliver and hooked up as we had paid for when Best Buy said it would be delivered. I elected to install our own water line to the unit. The delivery men did a great job and took the old fridge with them. The unit has worked flawlessly

Bought this a month ago and still like it a lot. It has a lot of room and allows for odd size items to be stored neatly. Middle drawer has been perfect for storing my kids quick snacks. Don't think it is noisey as other reviews have stated.

The fridge is great. The ice maker works fast and stays full. The only drawback is the doors are difficult to close (no alarm) and we have left it open a couple of times.

Spacious and well organized!! So far I am impressed, but ice maker is SLOW!!

This Samsung 4 door is just what we wanted. love the center pull out "beer" drawer. I researched this unit thru consumer reports and it was given a very high rating. Has a lot of cubic feet and is designed very well for our needs and it's pretty.

I will say this first; make sure you have room. This fridge is big. It is deep, and tall. Great appliance by the way. I saw someone complaining about the noise, which I have not heard. Occasionally if my daughter keeps going in and out of the fridge the compressor will kick in but it is no louder than my previous fridge. So, Im not sure what they had before that was whisper quite. This fridge is no louder than any other. So much room, I feel like we have no food because we cannot fill it up. We go shopping and have more space than we need.

Based on reviews was concerned about ice maker and overall noise of unit. So far although we are only in first week it seems to be doing well. It replaced an eight year old GE Profile French door unit which had worked well until recently the defrost system in the refrigerator failed and repair seemed a risk. With the GE sale to Haier GE seemed a risk so we considered Whirlpool, Maytag, Kitchen Aid and Samsung and chose the Samsung based on reviews and cost comparisons. The Best sales people were very helpful as were Lowes.

I absolutely love this fridge! It’s got plenty of space and shelves can be moved. Love the way it looks in my kitchen.
