Had the refrigerator about six weeks now. Looks good and lots of space inside. Ice maker / water dispenser is nice but a little noisy. My old fridge was a lot quieter when it was making ice. One thing about the water dispenser is that you have to run several cups of water before all the air is purged from the system. Until this is done completely, water will drip from the dispenser after you fill your cup. This is normal and will stop after enough water has been drawn from the system. Other than that, everything is great so far.

This refrigerator is quiet and so far seems to be efficient. Lots of storage and easy access. I was hesitant about the freezer drawer, (side-by-side user for years!) but the access is better than I thought. I love the FlexZone drawer for access and the opportunity to change temperature for specialty items. But the only design flaw I see is the divider in the FlexZone drawer moves too easily and does not function well as a divider. It is basically useless. But that is very minor. Overall, I love the design and finish materials!

Replaced a side by side unit with this fridge. Love the large drawer for access to often used items without opening main fridge area and the ability to store large items which is a problem with the side by side model. The only negative is the ice maker/dispenser - the cubes are very small and often are cube/chip mix making it difficult to drink an iced beverage without a straw. Forgot to mention the water dispenser is much slower than on the side by side.

It keeps the food cold like it's supposed to and we love the amount of space it has compared to the side-by-side fridges we have owned over the years. I love the LED lighting and it is very bright to where you can find everything. I did knock of a star for the noise, when the compressor kicks in. If it's quiet in the kitchen you can hear it when i comes on, but it's not noticeable if the TV is on in the next room.

We knew the upgrade to an expanded refrigerator would require challenges to get it in the house and require cabinet modifications to increase the height clearance, but we felt these were small modifications compared to the increased amenities and that these changes would help launch the capabilities of our kitchen to a significant new level. The Samsung provides a welcome friend to our home - providing everything we needed and much more. It does everything it advertised very well and looks superb. Got over $1400 off the price with the sale and military discount, plus matched price of competitor. Delivery guys knew just how to squeeze it in and I modified the upper shelf myself. The old Kenmore was still running and went to a new home, as well. Win - Win - Win!!!

Do not buy a Samsung refrigerator! When you select ice and press the dispenser button, the fridge dispenses water first & then ice. When you open the door to the fridge, ice & water drop out of the ice maker. The ice maker does NOT auto defrost! Ice builds up in the ice maker compartment. The dispensed ice is ALWAYS FROSTED! The water filter makes a loud noise when you dispense water. We have called Samsung starting right after the purchase. We were told that the water filter noise was normal. We were also told that it was normal for a little water to dispense when you selected ice and that issue would go away on its own after more use. This information was false! Samsung sent a "so called" authorized repairman to install a new ice maker. After almost a year, that company now says that their tech is NOT trained to work on Samsung equipment. Samsung has sent another authorized dealer who informed us that the ice maker installed by the previous tech has known issues and that although the part number is the same the part has been improved to fix the so called problem. Samsung will NOT pay to have the correct ice maker installed! They have NOT stood behind their product! ~ This fridge looks beautiful in the shiny black finish that almost shows your reflection on the show room floor. When you get it home, you find out that the finish shows fingerprints and EASILY scratches. One tech actually told me to wax the fridge. Summary ~ don't buy a Samsung fridge!

I read all of the reviews on this refrigerator, let me say that I had some concerns about purchasing the Samsung refrigerator. With reviews about broken ice makers or leaking water from the water dispenser. My wife was sure she would be happy with the refrigerator. So we purchased the refrigerator and we are extremely happy with the refrigerator. It has a tremendous amount of space, the lighting inside the refrigerator is awesome. We have not had any problems with the refrigerator. We have had the refrigerator for a month now.The delivery gentlemen did a great job of installing and setting up the refrigerator. The delivery was made on time as scheduled. We are happy with our Samsung refrigerator.

The fridge looks beautiful upon first glance. The ice and water interface adds to its appearance and the function is very simple. The doors open smoothly and close easily. There are multiple stopping points for the doors so you don't have to worry about them swinging to far open or closing on you while looking in. It does pick up finger prints very easily but that is to be expected for stainless steel. Only two real complaints about the fridge is it is louder than I expected when both making ice and kicking on to cool. The first few days after buying it I found myself hearing something from the couch after the kids went to bed and I would go to the kitchen to investigate. Don't get me wrong, this is not loud by any means. Just louder than I expected. The second issue is there is so much wasted space shelving wise. It seems like we have many bottles and containers I feel are normal size that don't fit or are a very tight fight on most of the shelves. We are having to lay down many things we have stood up in the past. There is one small area where you can adjust the shelving to accommodate taller items but it seems like we have so many more items than what that particular area provides. There are not as many height adjustments as I would have hopped. Overall I do like this item both in appearance and function.

The fridge is roomy and quiet. Everything has worked well. The only knocks were that the doors were not properly aligned vertically, however the owners manual clearly explained how to even the doors and it was quick and easy. Otherwise with so many storage options we are still trying to figure out the best way to use the space efficiently

I love this refrigerator and have been watching for about a year now for a good deal on it and Best Buy came through with pre-black Friday sale pricing and an additional 10% off when you purchase 4 Samsung appliances. It's a great size and I love the middle drawer which pulls out without opening the entire fridge. We use it for wine, beer & soda, but we may add snacks for grandchildren once they get older so they can reach them. I like the freezer on the bottom-it's nice sized and has the handy extra sliding drawer inside it. I also like the option to make one of the shelves pull back for larger items. This fridge looks great and does a great job.

Overall we are very satisfied with this fridge. We have only had it for a month or 2 so I can't comment on longevity or long term reliability. I can say this is a beautiful appliance. It has a sleek yet industrial look thanks to its impressive size (compared to your average style fridge this thing is a storage beast!). It cooled quickly after install and both fridge and freezer keep things at their optimal coldness. Love the flexibility of the storage drawer also. Endless options and ways to store items of any bulk or shape/size. Possibly the best feature is the finish which is impressively resistant to fingerprints and smudges. We use a stainless steel cleaner which works best but I have noticed even a light wipe from a dry or damp towel is good enough for light jobs. Only area that we have noticed could use improvement would be the ice dispenser. Occasionally when dispensing a larger quantity of ice there is hesitation despite ample ice in the dispenser. This is true with any ice makers we have owned but we were hoping with an updated model the issue would be eliminated. Unfortunately that has yet to be the case. Otherwise we are happy with this item and we would encourage others to purchase this fridge. We happen to own the oven/range combo and microwave that are part of the set and are highly satisfied with them as well. Samsung has put out some great kitchen appliances that perform as good as they look!

I've only had this refrigerator for a couple of months. I replaced my 20yr old side by side refrigerator with this one. The ice maker is really loud when the ice drops. The middle drawer has kind of a strange layout it seems to not open all the way so things in the back you can't see. I do like the organization of the freezer section. The adjustable shelves at the top are very nice (one of the reasons I bought this model). Overall I do love this refrigerator and would purchase again.

The Samsung 4 door french door fridge is gorgeous. Very large interior and lots of room for groceries. I have yet to be able to fill the fridge up! LED lighting is wonderful and even has a light near the water dispenser. Seems to make ice quickly and fridge is very quiet. The extra drawer is great for meal prep containers and storing cold drinks. The outside does smudge and collect finger prints very easily, but I guess this is the same for most stainless steel appliances. Best Buy delivery team was wonderful! Arrived on time and showed me all the features of the fridge before leaving.

I'm very happy with this frig. There is so much space & I particularly like the 4th drawer which holds the items that I use most frequently. I don't have to open the french doors very often thus helping to maintain a stable interior temperature. There is an annoying compressor noise which I believe is caused by the frig not having been leveled properly by the installers .

Overall great fridge. Absolutely love the middle drawer for the kids to access snacks and such. Only reason it is a 4 is that when the ice dumps, or the dehumidifier runs it is a touch loud. Only makes noise for a short period of time (seconds to maybe a minute or so) but it was distracting when fridge was brand new. I am used to it now so I hardly even notice it when it happens.

We bought the Samsung 28 cu. Ft. 4 door French door refrigerator in stainless steel. We have had nothing but problems with the refrigerator since we bought it. I definitely would look at a different brand refrigerator! Since we bought it the ice maker has never worked properly. It would crush the ice instead of giving you whole cube. The ice cubes would come out partially thawed. First the ice cube tray cracked. That was $130. I continued to have the problem and contacted Samsung. They would just send an email saying to check for leaks, ect. Nobody got back to me with a real solution. Then the problem continues but now the ice maker freezes up and there is ice froze on the outside of the ice maker and the ice cubes jam before falling into the ice cube tray. I contacted Samsung again and they told me to do the same thing. Check to make sure the ice door is closing, check for leaks, and empty everything out of the refrigerator and let it thaw. NOTHING fixes it!! I am absolutely so fed up with this useless refrigerator. I have to thaw the refrigerator and ice maker out once a month. That is absolutely ridiculous! And now there is a loud humming/grinding noise in the back of the refrigerator. Please save yourself all the hassle that I have had to go through with this JUNK refrigerator and go with a different brand. The refrigerator and ice maker are useless and Samsung customer service is horrible!

This is my first French Door Refrigerator and I love it! The temperature controls are easy to figure out, the shelves are easily adjustable, and there is more than enough room to store our food. Our only complaint is regarding the angle that the water comes out from the water dispenser. The water shoots backwards towards the fridge sometimes leaving little water marks on the left door if not caught right away.

I love the refrigerator havnt had any problems. It's hard to get the glass shelves out to clean and also difficult changing the temperature settings. Within the first 30 days of purchase the door handles were very loose....I bought a kit from WalMart and just tightened them, problem solved. I love the space, set up and how it matches with my kitchen.

The outside dimensions of this refrigerator were the exact same as my old side by side, but this new one has over 3 more cubic feet of space. Love the extra space. Very good looking, and very functional. Love the smaller middle drawer that you can adjust the temperature on depending on what you store in the drawer. Overall a good product, and hopefully will be a dependable refrigerator for years to come.

The doors arent installed, so you will have to install them. Pretty simple. Comes with the wrench (Allen wrench) Haven't had any problems. Haven't noticed any noises. Very quiet. The stainless is not smudge proof. My wife's regret. If she had to do it again, she would get smudge proof. The drawer that houses lunch meats, has a divider that doesn't lock. I've checked online and this seems to be an issue with everyone, no way to fix it. Live with it. When you shut the drawer, it always moves. I plan to remove the divider. The sticker that is placed on the controls, left sticky stuff on the face. another sticker on the stainless front, did the same thing. I bought goof-off and it removed the sticky goo, with no problem. Get a stainless steel polishing cloth. You'll understand if you buy it. Ice maker seems to keep up, but is very slow to dispense. The crushed ice mode, doesn't crush very well. You will find full cubes, 50% of the glass. Door dispenser will not operate with any doors open. The water dispenser is much faster than our old whirlpool. Wish the ice was that fast. The leveling feet are really tight. I was concerned about putting pressure on the plastic feet, but they broke loose. Hope it last. it's really beautiful in our kitchen.
