I'm very happy with this frig. There is so much space & I particularly like the 4th drawer which holds the items that I use most frequently. I don't have to open the french doors very often thus helping to maintain a stable interior temperature. There is an annoying compressor noise which I believe is caused by the frig not having been leveled properly by the installers .

Overall great fridge. Absolutely love the middle drawer for the kids to access snacks and such. Only reason it is a 4 is that when the ice dumps, or the dehumidifier runs it is a touch loud. Only makes noise for a short period of time (seconds to maybe a minute or so) but it was distracting when fridge was brand new. I am used to it now so I hardly even notice it when it happens.

This is my first French Door Refrigerator and I love it! The temperature controls are easy to figure out, the shelves are easily adjustable, and there is more than enough room to store our food. Our only complaint is regarding the angle that the water comes out from the water dispenser. The water shoots backwards towards the fridge sometimes leaving little water marks on the left door if not caught right away.

The Samsung 4 door refrigerator was just what we wanted. It has plenty of space with over 28 cubic feet. The adjustable shelves allow for many different configurations based on just what you need. I also like the size of some of the spaces in the door on the right hand side. The spaces on the left are not quite as useful because they are altered by the ice maker and dispenser. The top drawer is wonderful because it allows you to tailor the temperature based on what you plan to store in it, which makes it nice to either keep frequently grabbed items. The freezer is large and has both large baskets and a top sliding drawer so you can get what you need without too much trouble. My only complaint is the ice maker is a little noisy and does not seem to produce as much ice as my previous refrigerator. Not a huge drawback though. One final note is the LED lighting. WOW it is bright. You open this thing up in a dark room and you will light it all up. Makes it very easy to see and find what you need.

great fridge full of features and lots of space, jury is still out on the fourth door, whether the space you give up on the fridge is worth the drawer , but i still like it cools very well and evenly. freezer works great. ice maker is a lil loud. and the door shelves by the icemaker is kind of useless. I was a little frustrated to see the average energy consumption higher then the poster in the store claimed. I bought this model because in the store it listed a 57 a year energy consumption. and when the fridge was delivered it had a poster in the fridge that said $87

First of all, the stainless steel on this refrigerator is NO hassle at all. Some people kept telling me how hard it was to keep clean, but this one is easy. Went from top freezer type to this four door refrigerator. Love "almost" everything about it. It does make loud noises sometimes (dropping ice) but doesn't bother me. Had a problem with going from a refrigerator with lots of shelf space on the door to a lot less shelf space on this one, but worth it with all the other space. Love the fourth drawer where I put all my son's snacks and drinks so he is not constantly going in the main area of refrigerator. Love having refrigerator shelves at eye level. The water/ice dispenser on outside does annoy me with a slight drip, so I am always wiping out the little tray underneath. Overall, I love my new refrigerator.

After remodeling we bought all new appliances. All made by Samsung. I was worried after reading a lot of negative comments but still bought this fridge because it looked the best and fit really nicely. It was delivered very fast along with other appliances. Very professional delivery team. Took great care of our fresh remodel. Not a scratch anywhere. This model comes with handles detached so it fitted perfectly thru the door frame. I did remove the front door thou. But at least didn't need to remove fridge doors witch is a lot of work. I am surprised that people complain on this fridge. It is 10 times quieter than our old side by side Kenmore. We looked at all the rest of the models and brands and found this to be the best one for our needs. Next day after it was delivered to us it went on huge sale. I went to the store with my receipt and they refunded me a difference in price no questions asked. So I am very happy with my purchase and overall BestBuy experience.

Love the fridge, especially the middle drawer that can be adjusted for temperature. It fits well in our kitchen and has plenty of space. I like the adjustable shelves and the extra small shelf in the freezer. Only problem is that the water dispenser is hard to full up water bottle. Tends to leave a water streak mess down the front when I fill up water bottle.

I like the rich look and the roominess inside this refrigerator. The separate middle drawer is a great idea. The only thing I don't like is that I always have to keep the outside clean from smudges because it is stainless-steel. I chose the color because everything else in my kitchen is stainless-steel. It is a pretty refrigerator but I guess it just shows how often we are in there for food.

Ordered it online, and it was delivered and set up, however, be advised that they will not hook up the waterline unless there's a dedicated shut off valve directly behind the fridge. I don't blame the delivery guys, because I understand that there are liability issues, but if I'm paying over $2k for an appliance, I expect it to be hooked up for me, and not to have to go to Home Depot myself, get the parts, and hook up the damned waterline. I can't recommend Best Buy when it comes to purchasing large appliances, because I also had trouble dealing with them when I recently bought a new Samsung range. The fridge itself is nice, however, if you've done your research then you're aware of the noise. The noise is a fan hitting some part of the fridge, because if you hit the fridge, the noise stops. Youtube has videos posted of people demonstrating it.

Looked at many refrigerators and finally decided on this Samsung. The middle drawer is great for lunch meat on one side and yogurt n the other with the metal dividers to keep things organized. Very bright and well lit and very quiet. Not sure what other people were talking about when they said the compressors were loud. That's not true. The only negative is with the ice maker on the left side, there is limited storage but with so much other space, that was not a major issue. Highly recommended.

So far I really like this refrigerator. The drawers pull out nicely, the lighting is great, fourth drawer and freezer handles are easy to pull and have the flexible joints to help decrease potential for breaking. Lots of space and flexibility on shelving. Some cons so far, doors can swing open fast so have to be a little careful, ice dispenser if not full will take awhile to dispense, hard to organize if have too many tall things. You could remove a shelf but I choose to not and put things in the side.

I have been researched on almost every single french door refrigerator before purchase this one. At the end, I narrowed my choices down to this one and similar LG. LG's reviews were better but this Samsung was much less in price. One of the most common complaint about this refrigerator was about noises... WHAT NOISE?? Once in a while I hear ice machine going thru ices to make ices not to stick in the box for split second. Other than that it is super quiet. Also it keeps my veges super fresh for much longer time. Not to mention it keeps SUPER COLD for frozen food. I have set it around -4 F. does the more than enough job. I heard common complaints about new refrigerator goes bad that brings nightmare. So for risk management purposes, I did purchase 5yr Geek squad warranty, for peace of mind. One bad thing is fingerprints are now all over!! Oh well, give and take.. Overall Very satisfied!

The storage space in this fridge is awesome; so much more than we had before. I love the lighting inside that makes it so easy to see everything that is there. The extra fridge drawer is great for storing flat or small containers and for items we access often. And I love the freezer drawer with the extra sliding drawer that makes it easy to keep things organized and has a lot of space. So far, there is nothing that we don't like about our new fridge.

Pros: Like the over setup of this refrigerator with the freezer drawer on the bottom and the French Doors on top. Has lots of space inside. Cons: Ice is dispensed slowly from the through-the-door ice maker. And the refrigerator is noisy when the compressor fan turns on. Much louder than I expected.

I love my new fridge! It's spacious and looks great in my kitchen as well. The crushed ice is a little slow to come out but it's not a big deal for me. I love the extra drawer, I put the kid snacks and drinks there so they can easily access them without opening the main fridge part. I do wish that I could lock out the water and ice dispenser when needed so my toddler can't press the button and spill water everywhere.

My old side by side died and after much deliberation I picked this Samsung. I love the space and organization this model offers, the refrigerated drawer is awesome! The only drawback for me is it is quite a bit louder than my old fridge; it doesn't keep me awake at night but it has a noticeable hum.

This fridge has been great so far. Very quiet. Love the refrigerated drawer. Some of the shelf space inside is a little awkward, but with some adjustments to the positions it has gotten better. The flip up shelf and the sliding shelf also help to accommodate taller items.

I was worried at first when I read all the reviews about how loud it was. I only notice noise after using a ton of ice, and it needs to make more. That usually doesn't happen. The fridge has been great. Lots of space.

Pros: We finally have a fast stream of water! The size is awesome and the ability to adjust on the fly in the fridge is great. The additional drawer is the best thing about it! There is moving drawer and an additional small shelf in the freezer - love it all! Cons: The ice dispenser will randomly "not dispense". There is no butter shelf/door. Sometimes it makes strange/loudish noises. All of the pros outweigh the cons.
