We like the overall performance of the included ice and water dispenser and the extra refrigerator drawer. The drawer is convenient and adds a lot of storage space especially for sofa and beer cans, but also deli meats and cheeses and eggs.

Fridge was delivered, however had a few dents in the freezer door. They said they would replace the door, however I just called and they were able to replace the entire fridge within a week. They let us use the damaged fridge since we needed to have one. Overall, the fridge is great, it's quiet and fits perfectly into the kitchen.

I love this refrigerator! It has tons of space and I love the flex drawer. The freezer has plenty of space and is easily organized.

Great refrigerator only problem that it gives is with ice maker. Ice freezes in the ice maker and then it creates problem with ice making and dispensing

Overall we liked it as it suits our needs and within our budget

so far I love it ...the 3rd drawer is really nice. bigger then my last great space...the delivery guys were great.

Great layout and super useful setup. We looked at tons of other fridges--all other makes and models and this is definitely the best.

The product provides flexibility and storage space we were hoping to find.

We are very happy with our frig - and the drawer is the kicker. We use it as a crisper and find it much easier to access than drawers. Also we happy with the freezer - the drawer and separate compartments make it easier to find and store.

Very good refrigerator with awesome specs and decent price

This counter width refrigerator works great in our space. It has a sleek appearance and looks great in our kitchen. It is very quiet. The layout of the FlexZone compartment is very useful. My only complaint is I hope the gallon milk jar fits into space on the door. Overall a well designed and engineered piece.

I really didn't want to spend this much for a refrigerator, but hopefully this will be the last one I'll ever purchase. Great features, including the tall in-door water and ice. It's big enough to fit a sports cup to fill up. The convertible convertible drawer is very useful. Plenty of space in the doors. Overall, very spacious.

This refrigerator is made of quality materials and has worked well with a large family. The only issue we have had is with the ice maker which seems to give you crushed ice even when you prefer the cubed ice.

I recently got this for Labor Day sale and it's a worth the price and need to wait for few more months to see actual performance.

Started off well enough but after the first year started having problems with Ice maker. Then problems with rear fan icing up and more ice maker problems. Also had problems with old company that used to service B.B. products (purchases new new unit same manufacturer different model) fortunately Geek Squad is new services.

Had a little trouble with the ice maker leaking and elected to have it repaired instead of replacing with a whole new refrigerator. It is perfect and absolutely love the 4th door we use for drinks. The extra door in the freezer is awesome so makes it easier to keep organized.

Replacement for a 10 year old fridge, Match our other Samsung products and is great for our needs, Love the four doors concept!

We bought this as an open box item. It came with all shelving and attachments. The variable shelves in the refrigerator is a real plus. The ice maker in the refrigerator takes up a fair amount of space, but this is a 28 Cu Ft box with lots of storage. We like the ice dispenser for not spilling ice all over the floor, but it takes 3 seconds to start dispensing. We may have to have that looked at.
