4 years into it and I am having issues with the compressor. I can hear a loud noise emitting from the inside and outside.

Purchased this product new in July 2017 and am now being informed by a repairman that the ice maker is known for having bad seals. Our ice maker has been slowly icing over for the past year and the repair man quoted $800 to replace a less than 2 year old part. And all Best Buy can say is "did you purchase the extended warranty?". Customer care is seriously lacking. Purchased at new Samsung TV, washer, dryer, stove along with the refrigerator.

Everything about this refrigerator is great. The only downer is the ice machine. It doesn't produce a lot of ice. No biggie though. Overall a good buy!

We had a 25 cu ft side by side refrigerator but it just didn’t have the room this Samsung has. The bottom freezer and middle deli drawer frees up so much space. The LED lighting is bright. The unit runs very quietly.

I love this refrigerator. Real quality, looks great, quiet, in fact you never hear it except for the ice falling. when you open the doors everything is easily visible. Had a side by side previous to this...... this french door arrangement is sooooo much better.

Very happy with size and features. The middle drawer is useful. Only complaint is it is loud when the compresser is running. Was told is was common by the geek squad.

This is the best refrigerator I have purchased. It does what I needed and more.

I love the 4 door style and the extra organizational features that come with this refrigerator. The extra drawer in the freezer helps keep smaller items separated from larger items and easier to find what I'm looking for. I purchased on sale at a great price.

I purchased this refrigerator after doing a lot research. I love it. It’s beautiful in my kitchen. It has a lot of room including the drink drawer which is perfect for kids! I would highly recommend this product.

I had an LG it was terrible in performance and lasted only four years. The ice maker always jammed or spilled ice all over the floor. I replaced it with the Samsung and its performance is excellent with a lot more capacity. The middle drawer has turned out to be great for getting at those frequently used items. The ice maker never jams and works smoothly at all times. The displays are easy to understand and control. Highly recommend this refrigerator.

Replace our 24ci fridge with this monster for my wife. So far she loves it!

We've really been happy with the new refrigerator. It is very quiet. Water and ice distribution works well. The ice cubes are a bit small but adequate. The installers Best Buy sent did a good job too (they also installed a dish washer).

Great product except for angle of external water/ice dispensing unit. Don't like that you need to angle glass back. Lots of room.

Fridge is excellent quality and works great. Highly recommend.

It is a little smaller than our previous refrig but has been good so far. Just a warning! Our previous LG broke down @ 1 3/4 years old and we hadn't taken the extension warranty. Bad decision! No matter who makes the unit these days, they are not made with the same quality and workmanship of units when I was growing up and are considered throw- aways after a few years. I know the ext. warranties are a money making proposition for them but unless you are capable of fixing them yourselves, you will hate yourself and end up as we did, buying another unit, this one. Yes, I did take a warranty.

love it!. french doors & freezer drawers are very good for easy put in & out.

Good buy. Got it on sale. Had an issue with door handle but all is good.

I really like the meat/cheese drawer and the slim ice maker.
