We really like this unit. We had a similar one in our previous home with the drawer inside the doors. Spend the extra to get the external drawer, well worth it. The big shelf inside is poorly designed. It is very difficult to remove for cleaning. If you spill something it will end up between the glass shelf and the plastic support. Ugly and potentially stinky if you can't figure out how to remove it, not in the manual either.

I had a two door side by side and it had zero room. My new refrigerator is very roomy and very bright, love that. I wasn't happy that the installers took my copper tubing that I had on my old refrigerator. I paid for that and they took it....I'm sure they took it to turn in for money. That was mine! I had to give them an extra $15 to put my old refrigerator in the garage but they were allowed to take my copper tubing to get them some extra cash, really? I think I should be refunded for that copper tubing at it's cost.

We previously had 2 side by sides (one in the garage) and both freezers were full and I had trouble finding things. Much to my surprise, we are now basically living out of the new freezer only. It is easy to find things in the refrigerator and I appreciate the fact that I do not have to bend down to reach my produce. Everything is at eye level (as I am approaching 70 this is becoming very important). I have designated the pull out draw for my husband so that the items he most frequently uses are in one place. He is happy and I am not constantly being asked where thing are.

Very nice, however makes periodic loud popping noises. I am going to have this checked out. Door shelves could have more adjustment features.

Family loves it, can't get a better fridge for this price.

We love the space and functionality of this refrigerator/freezer. It is well built and the drawers and interior are of high quality materials. We’ve had no issues and have had it now for a month.

Delivery for our new refrigerator and range exceeded our already high expectations. The 2 young men were professional, highly competent and very polite. They actually lifted the new refrigerator to bring it into the kitchen through a long route due to a door that was a tiny bit short of 34". They relocated the old unit to the garage and needed to take it around the house. On their way, they even stopped to pick up dust "bunnies" that came off the old unit outside. They were equally careful with our new range

Love love love this refrigerator ! We call it the Mac Daddy fridge lol! It's huge... Love the drawer for snack foods and we can set the temperature to our liking:)) Would recommend you won't be disappointed !

My family and I absolutely love our fridge. There is so much room, the pull out drawer is amazing and the amount of room in the freezer is awesome. It's very quiet. So glad we opted for the larger fridge!

Great use of space, love the extra drawer for meats and cheeses and the foldaway shelves allow taller items to be stored when all the door space is used up.
