Great refrigerator, no problems as of yet. I like the look and size. Still getting use to the shelf arrangement. "I have one issue". As a Best Buy member i was supposed to receive the promotional 20% in Best Buy rewards back for my extended holiday purchase. As of yet I have not received the reward. Could you please check on the progress of issuing my 20% in Best Buy rewards back. Thank you.

this fridge is pretty quiet. hard to tell if it is working or not. it has real good lighting and lots of room. we like it! hope it stays running good for 20 years.

Absolutely love this refrigerator. Can hold a ton of food (both top and bottom). Love the extra drawer that can be used for multiple options

some of the storage areas, the ones at the side doors, are very useless as they are way too small to fit anything beside single bananas. don't expect to fit jars. However, the convenience of having what you use daily at the top is really great. Also, I love the middle section that allows to cool things like wine but I really use it for sodas. I wish the water dispenser had more flow and a bigger opening. Love the color, takes a while to really notice that it is filthy.

Love the middle drawer option for both fridge and/or freezer options. My only drawback is the sacrifice of door shelving to make up for the excess room.

The shelving could be of better design. Ex: When the flip shelf is raised to make room for tall items (milk, water, juice, etc), the shelf space is reduced. Also the height of shelves as positioned by the manufacture is not tall enough for even a single bottle of water. Thus if an individual is to adjust the shelf for a bottle of water, a person nolonger has enough space in the area below the heighten shelf. I my opinion, the refrigerator is beautiful to the eye; however, when it come to the storage of food, I personally feel that it was not designed at its best. The slide out compartment could be utilized in the same manner as the two humidity control compartments that are within the refrigerator itself. If the humidity control compartments were removed, there would be more shelf space

This refrigerator represents the best value for the money. With the cooling drawer, accessing our most sought after products is a breeze and saves on energy usage as we don't have to open the main refrigerator as often. There is plenty of room in both the refrigerator and freezer compartments. The refrigerator is very stylish and fits in beautifully with the other kitchen appliances.

The refridgerator is nice so far. Had to take one shelf out so we could put 2 liter sodas and juices standing up. Other than that, no issues so far.

The fridge is the best you can have. It's big,spacious and meet the needs of my family. Love the design and the color.

Like it overall, but ice didn't dispense after one week. A piece was broken in auger mechanism and Samsung is scheduled to fix. The doors are hard to close automatically and you really need to push hard to get them to close. May be an adjustment issue but found it open way too many times in the week we've had it. Hope that's the end of our issues.

This was a great buy. There is no continuous noise as some reviews state. There is lots of room even more than I thought. Great fridge at a great price.

Love this thing. I can fit so much food in this and the middle drawer is great for a lot of drinks. Best refrigerator I have ever owned by far.

BEWARE** This and almost all samsung refirgerator's ice make is absolute garbage. You will have to defrost it to get the ice maker to work every couple months. Geek squad warrantee won't help you either, as they will just put the same ice maker in again, and you will have the same issues. It wont be covered in warrantee because they say it is a "convience" feature. Every few months you will need to be home in a 8 hour window for them to come out, then the next week they will have to do the same thing to install the repair. Neither Samsung, nor Best Buy will stand behind this product.

This refrigerator is so roomy and I love the set up on it. The deli drawer is great. Have only had it a few months but so far it is great!!

I was told you need 2 inches on both sides of the fridge to be covered under warranty. Be sure to measure and allow enough clearance before purchase.

I think it has a lot of room we just love the drink drawer and the ability to control the temp in it separately great refrigerator

This refrigerator has tons of room and so far has worked to perfection. We absolutely love it and Best Buy gave us the best deal available.

Excellent love the four doors lesser room for everything to put in all my items. I love the bright light inside the refrigerator and I love the water and ice maker
