I will recommend that product to anyone, i love it, really quiet except the ice part that really not to bad.

This refrigerator is huge and well laid out. We were surprised how much we like having the FlexZone drawer. It is very convenient for everyday quick items like yogurt and lunch meat. The positives: size, function, layout, solid construction (except where mentioned in "negatives"). The negatives: slightly noisy at times (but not to an unexpected level), the freezer and FlexZone drawers could have less wiggle when pulling out (note-seems as good as any other brand though). Overall I am happy with this refrigerator. We did buy a LG before this but we returned it because it was unacceptably loud (do not know if that is the way they are or if that unit was defective). Thanks to Best Buy for price match, easy exchange with full credit, and their own employees doing the delivery (no 3rd party) which was great.

First I must say the pick-up of the old, and delivery of the new was flawless.. The delivery guys were so knowledgeable , quick, courteous,and friendly. The new Samsung is so quiet, and efficient, and keeps things cooler... Our veggies and fruits are staying crisper longer..Love the quick drawer for yogurt, and cheese sticks.. My wife is a stickler to detail, and she was very complimentary, about the delivery, and about the quality of the Samsung 4 door unit... When we need a new appliance we know we will be going to buy a Samsung, and we will buy it from Best Buy... Great Job Guys !!!

Firstly, we got a 2 hour delivery window(better than lowes 4hr window). The delivery guys were polite, knowledgeable and professional. They made sure we were happy with the delivery and installation. This model performs as advertised. We love the middle drawer. And people should read the manual and give the fridge 48 hours to make ice. It makes plenty of ice for family of 4. In conlusion, beautiful user-friendly refrigerator with superb customer service. Will update review if I encounter any product-related performance issues. So far, I am pleased with Samsung appliances.

With our family of 6 this spacious refrigerator is what we need. The highlight for my husband is the middle drawer which can either be cool for fridge items or a soft freeze freezer. Currently our kids know this is where to find the best snacks first.

Researched this for awhile. Big improvement from my old side by side. Love the space and room. My kids love the middle drawer. Freezer is great for unloading bulk items from Costco/Sams. Some reviews report a humming.....it becomes unnoticeable.

Purchased for a growing family. Love the french doors and all the compartments. Gave it 4 stars because it's a little louder than my old refrigerator.

I love my new refrigerator. I am very glad I got the extra drawer. Before I got this refrigerator I was thinking of getting a separate freezer however there is so much room in this refrigerator and freezer there is no need for any extra appliance.

I had a very bad experience with best buy. We bought this refrigerator with the understanding that it had a small TV screen on the door. It didn't. Our experience at the store when we went back to discuss the mistake was very bad. I'd really like to talk with someone about that. The refrigerator was the first of our major appliances purchase. We still have 5 more to buy. But we won't be going back to best buy for then. Like the products, disliked the service very much.

This fridge is exactly what we expected: good space, even cooling, efficient. However, it does occasionally make an annoying sound when it turns on. My wife an I cannot tell if it is when the ice maker is filling up or if it is something else. Also, the shelves on the left door are poorly designed. There is not enough space to hold average sized bottles or objects. Otherwise, we really like this product!

Everything is going well so far - the extra flex drawer is a nice feature. Only minor negative is the compressor seems to make a bit of noise when it starts up.

1st off I’d like to give this a 3.5⭐️ review. My wife and I bought a fixer upper after giving birth to our twin girls. Having a 6 year old already we knew that having a family of five would require top end appliances for future use. After shopping all over we decided to go with Samsung appliances (I’ll review the rest of them later). There were countless things about this fridge that we loved when checking it out on the display. The most important being the size as we didn’t want to have to replace it for a larger one as the girls got older. Fast forward a year and a half later. My wife and I love the fridge minus one flaw, which to us is massive. The ice/water dispenser. The water comes out incredibly slow and the ice takes fooorrreeevvveeerrr to dispense. And on top of that the ice maker freezes over constantly. No mater what temp we have it set, we’re in there a couple times a month scraping the ice out in order for it to work. So incredibly frustrating. For this reason alone I would have bought this fridge without water & ice in the door. Everything else we love, just a terrible design for the ice and water.

The Best Buy delivery guys were top-flight professionals and gentlemen -- nicely dressed, neat, polite, and personable. They had to take off the doors to get the fridge into our narrower-than-normal kitchen door but brushed off the inconvenience as "all in a [very hot July] day's work." This refrigerator/freezer is roomy, bright, flexible, and easy to clean inside. The smooth outside "skin" is very easy to clean and stays beautiful (although I've only had it a month, and it's just me and my husband). And quiet! Even the ice dispenser is quiet. We keep cold bottled drinks, cheese, deli meat, and leftover meat servings in the optionally-colder middle refrigerator drawer. The two crisper drawers in the main refrigerator have separate humidity controls, are very roomy, and open/close very smoothly. The convenient and accessible water filter unit is located front and center, between the crisper drawers. I filled a half-gallon jug with water from the dispenser, at which point it ran out rather than keep dispensing warmer water. It recovered within a few minutes. The ice storage is easy to "lift and pull" out of its compartment inside the refrigerator, holds enough ice for a good-sized party, and recycles quickly. My only complaint is that the ice dispenser launches cubes and crushed ice everywhere unless the mouth of the glass or other container is held up close to the dispenser opening. But that's a minor factor compared to the other great features of this appliance, IMHO. I bought white vinyl-coated wire freezer baskets at The Container Store to divide half of the freezer compartment into two smaller spaces. That partitioning, plus the freezer drawer and small front shelf, keep things from getting lost. We didn't compare notes but a good friend just bought the smaller version of this Samsung model, without the middle refrigerator drawer. She also loves hers!

Overall it's a good fridge. The major problems we've experienced are the following: 1. There's an occasional high pitched squealing sound. Apparently it's an issue because there was a whole forum about online. 2. While it's generously sized per the dimensions, we've found that it has some shortcomings inside. It does not hold nearly as much as we'd expected and the spaces where things could be placed are either awkward or insufficient. 3. The left door has a tendency to swing toward closing on its own while the right does not. We checked and the fridge is absolutely level so we don't know why it's doing that. 4. The ice maker is slow when dispensing ice. It takes a few seconds to get going. The additional storage drawer is absolutely perfect for holding cans of soda and beer. Love that aspect of it. The freezer is quite spacious and holds a great deal of food items.

I am very satisfied with this refrigerator. Everything is easy to find and there is a place for all your food -tall soda bottles, and milk jugs, all fit in easily. We really like the Refrigerator drawer. We keep beer and soda on the left and sandwich fixings on the right. The drawer divider is super. I find the bottom freezer to be so much bigger and better than on my old side by side. It is fairly quiet, just hear ice dropping in maker sometimes. I am very glad we purchased this model.

This is a big improvement from our 23 cubic GE fridge. Tons of storage and the middle drawer is awesome for our kids foods. Very happy about this purchase.

The fridge looks very pretty in our kitchen and has the elements we want. I'm taking away a star though because of the slender compartments on the left door (they don't store much) and the lack of drawers inside. I'm still figuring out where to put deli meats, cheeses, and other smaller or flat items that used to have a drawer. Besides that, we're still waiting for a nut from Samsung. No word from customer service after emailing two weeks ago. Our fridge arrived without a nut to attach the handle to the right door.

i love the eye appeal of this fridge - its a lovely addition to our kitchen. My husband and I enjoy cooking together and are often in the kitchen together. Having french doors and spacious shelving options will make things alot easier for us. And the drawer for the kids snacks and drinks is proving invaluable!

My wife and I bought this refrigerator as an open box item and have been almost completely satisfied. Everything works great with the exception of one thing. Although its not a deal breaker, we would like for the ice dispenser to dispense a little faster. Its not incredibly slow, but we've also had refrigerators that are significantly faster at doing this. That aside, this refrigerator is a great product!
