I’ve now had this refrigerator for a year and all I can say is, wow! I haven’t had any problems! It runs so much better than my GE refrigerator, and the styling is sure to catch anyone’s eye. I wasn’t sure to get black stainless or stainless, but Samsung has done a great job with their stainless appliances. I am so glad I picked this over any other brand and I am definitely looking at another Samsung too freezer two door to shine up the garage.

Great refrigerator. Surprisingly, no issues with ice maker. A lot of space and flex zone shelf is extremely nice.

We looked at numerous refrigerators and decided to purchase the Samsung RF28HMEDBBC model as it looked great and had the features we wanted. Before I purchased I did read a few reviews that warned of noise but most seemed satisfied with the product. Not paying attention to the noise issue was a big mistake as this refrigerator is loud when the compressor is running. I have an open floor plan and the humming becomes very annoying. So be warned before you buy this model, it is loud. In comparison my older GE refrigerator was virtually silent. I now have buyer's remorse and would not recommend this for anyone with an open floor plan.

Ice maker issues first thirty days. Samsung has a limited service network. $250 Geek squad warranty has no local service tech. Was referred back to samsung nearest service 250 miles away. Not impressed with level of service for a $2000+ purchase. Product being returned. Samsung and best buy have lost my business.

I was eyeing a cheaper model but my husband picked this one out. The exterior design is very sleek and the inside shelving is functional. The drawer is great for easy access to snacks and drinks for kids. I keep fruit stored in the drawer and frequently use it throughout the day. I like being able to access the drawer without having to open the refrigerator. The kids (ages 3-8) can access the drawer and freezer easily. I'm very happy with this purchase.

We needed more space and organization. The middle drawer is perfect for all of our deli needs.

After using it for several weeks we really like the flex zone drawer. We use it to store meat and cheeses. The wide flat drawer makes it very easy to see what is there and get it. My prior refrigerator had a single deep drawer we had to dig through to find what we wanted. Most of the other french door refrigerators have a wide drawer inside the top compartment that requires fully opening both french doors to open the internal drawer.
