I ordered a same one from another home shopping store, wait for 2 weeks for delivery but they messed up the order on delivery day, only floor model was available otherwise I need to wait for another week or 2 for new one to delivery. I was so happy we changed out mind and stop by Best Buy to get the refrigerator, they had excellent service and able to delivery within 2 days with matching prices. I need to say a big thank you to all.

The previous model should have worked longer but the freezer finally needed new parts after a couple of years of bandaids. The parts of the freezer ice drop also gave us issues. However, the french door is great and the outside deli/wine drawer is wonderful. I still love the bottom drawer freezer.

Very nice large refrigerator with lots of shelf configurations to accommodate lots of different items

Our old refrigerator was falling apart so we decided to look for a reliable and great rated refrigerator. We choose this refrigerator and found it at best buy. It was expensive but the wife loved it. So far it has worked flawlessly. Would recommend and 18 months same as cash is a great way for us to buy!

Great inside. I am not a fan of the water/ice in the door.

Before buying this item we read through reviews and we're a little nerv9us. Having had it 2 weeks - we were wrong to be nervous. Noisy - only when ice drops, don't see how it can't be. Doors - can open either door without issue. Drawers - excellent flexibilty. Doors storage - 4 gallon spaces, no issues with salad dressings and jams/jellies. Quite frankly, an amazingly.well designed unit, looks fab in black too water tastes good & ice unito works well..

This fridge has a lot of space and we love the extra drawer above the freezer to keep our drinks in!

Very nice fridge. Has easy access to freezer and lots of storage space. Very easy to use.

the main issue that we had was getting it to cool. it was a display model, and no one told us how to get it to cool. light was on, but no coolness. took a few day to figure it out, but no one seemed to know that was the issue. when it was delivered, would have been nice had they made sure it was cooling before they left.

fridge working very well for the short period of time we have had it. The ice maker was the final selling point in deciding the purchase. Ice maker has kept plenty of ice. Freezer is handy and works well. Hate the limited height in the main fridge but have adjusted to the limited space for tall items.

My wife and I bought a Samsung Fridge that was virtually identical to this model about 4 years ago. It ended up having a leak so Samsung reimbursed us. We went out and bought this Fridge as our replacement. We love having the middle pull out drawer. There is a ton of space and the LED lights give the inside of the fridge a nice look. We are hoping that this Fridge will hold up better than the last.

Love Love Love this fridge. Very spacious and is well designed. I can finally put leftover pizza lying flat inside. My only complaint is purchasing the stainless model due to the fact fingerprints are an issue with young children. Other than that I love all the features on this model.

I really like having that extra drawer in the middle. It is easier to use.

The ice maker is a little loud, but not too much so. Nice features. We're very happy with it.

It has been a great fridge we’ve had it for 5 years with no issues except, a icemaker issue but that was a user error by someone turning down the freezer too low and it froze over I just dethawed and it kicked back on with no issues. We now have the newer model nothing but good things!!

This is a very loud fridge right out of the box. That is why I am giving it a 2 star. Thought maybe because it needs to cool down and compressor is working overtime. I will get it looked at. It's been 3 weeks now. It looks amazing and I like the 4 door for meal prepped foods. A lot of these come damaged from the manufacturer and you have to exchange them until you get one will little to no dents. Mine has a few but after going through a few too many we settled. Didn't know it was going to be this loud either. We had a 3 door Samsung that you couldn't hear. If you don't mind the noise it's not a bad fridge. It does some wierd knocking sounds, noticeable at night.
