Weird noises and panel displaying error codes PC CH... no troubleshooting available, I would advice pls do not buy this product

I love my new refrigerator. Thanksgiving, everything went in without me having to take food to the fridge in th garage. My one disappointment is that it doesn't have more space for tall items, other than that I'm a happy consumer.

The interior layout is terrible and it is tough to fit a normal amount of food/drinks in the fridge. Also, it has had a somewhat noisy vibration when it is running since week 2.

I would recommend the products it does what I expected it to do. The bottom freezer is great I have access to my food with greatet ease

Love the fridge overall, but the ice maker malfunctions and freezes up. It must be constantly thawed out manually. Samsung will not stand behind replacing the ice maker even with class action lawsuits active about this right now. I have tried to get an updated icemaker for a year now. If I can't have ice and the company won't stand behind the defective design, then I will never buy a Samsung product again.

I had a repairman come twice to my. Home the dumb had another breakdown. After talking to the folks at best buy, they agreed to take it back and let me get a different frig. The one star is to give the store credit for it's service.

It's a really big fridge so make sure to measure your space well. It has tons of space inside both the fridge and the freezer. We replaced an old french door GE and our light bill is slightly lower now, so I'd say it's efficient. The water from the dispenser also comes out nice and cold which is a plus.

We are a family of 6 and needed to replace our old fridge. Got this at Best Buy and have loved everything about it so far. The temp selectable drawer is great for lunchmeats and beverages. Wasn't sure I'd like the freezer on the bottom but access is super easy and it has worked out great.

I bought this refrigerator 11/2018 and is quite satisfied. It is very spacious on the inside and really keep things preserved longer than my previous refrigerator. Also, having a freezer at the bottom than on the side allows for more room to use in the refrigerator.

I purchased this after viewing it online and the person at Best Buy, over the phone, was extremely helpful and gave me various options. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

This refrigerator is a dream but is much smaller than anticipated. I had a much larger kenmore but that’s my only complaint! It even keeps up on ice with 5 people using it constantly

Love this Samsung refrigerator! I have never had one that I liked as much. Everything is easy to reach and I love the double doors. The storage drawer for meats and cheeses or whatever you want to set the temperature for is awesome, and I love the bottom drawer freezer.

It has been 6 months since I have started using this Refrigerator and it always keep the food fresh longer than a typical older Refrigerator. The water and Ice tastes the same as if I were buying bottled water. So I haven't been buying bottled water which has been a huge money saver.

We purchased the black stainless steel to blend with the builder grade stove, microwave,and dishwasher that came our house we just built. It has all the features we were looking for at a great price. Also a brand we could trust!! We have had it for a month now.

Really love the new frig/freezer. You can really see into the frig well and the temp all seems great. I love the draw slider. I have already used it for entertaining and great to have a place to put large items. My only complaint is the space the ice maker takes up and no spot for butter.

This refrigerator is awesome! The space we have now is so easy to add more groceries and the middle compartment is genius to store the kids snacks and fruit. The drinks are cold and the food stays fresh. I've been telling my friends and family they need to buy this unit asap.
