This unit is great! Bright lights on the inside help to find items, moveable shelves help with randomly sized foods, the freezer holds a lot more food than I thought it would. My only complaint is that it takes too long to fill my cup with ice, especially if I want it crushed.

Well we have only had the product for a few weeks. But it has been great so far. I would like to see reviews on these products from people whom have had them for a few years but....... Its great so far

So much space. Installation was a breeze (by the delivery techs) fits most preconfigured spaces I think. Nice looking and has middle compartment for easy access to the things that don't have to be frozen all the time but need to be kept very cold

Lots of nice features. The 2 doors open wide allowing you to have access to the whole shelf. The drawer is really convenient to put snacks or drinks in. Some of the shelves in the door are small, but that's the only complaint I have with this fridge.

We like the interior lighting and the pull out drawer. No complaints. We have only had it for a couple of months. Haven't had the best of luck with refrigerators, so we hope this will last for a while. You do have to push the doors to close, but I feel like it seals better.

This refrigerator is great the only thing I would change is the ability to stack the racks higher. I had to remove a rack so that I could fit 3 gallons of milk and a pitcher.

Great large fridge with good freezer space. Only one drawback you cant get water from the door if you open the other door. You would be amazed how many times it happens that you getting water and want to peep and see what in the fridge to eat as it fills.

I really love this fridge it's a little difficult to keep clean with two young kids but the snack drawer was a major selling point. I wish it had more room for tall milk and drink containers

We first bought this model in 2011 for our home & now just purchased it again as a replacement in our rental unit. We love the easy access of the pull out drawer without having to open the french doors first.

I was lucky enough to find this on sale & as a customer return for a couple minor dents. Only complaint I have is the left door has spaces that are soooo small, I don't have any use for them.

I do love my fridge! Everything about it. Only one tiny complaint is that I have my ice on cubed only/never change to crushed however I still get some crushed ice that flys all over sometimes.

My wife's sister and nephew recently moved in wwith us. We had a Kithchade 25 CF. It was getting hard to store things for her nephew. (He's 16, 6'1" tall and 270 lbs.) We looked at refrigerators before and it stood out. Grear refrigerattor. Attrracktive price.

Wasn't sure if would like this new design as I've had a side by side for years. I can't believe how much room I have and the drawer is amazing. For the holidays this fridge held it all. I even like the door alarm. I just hope this one last as long as my old one did.

Nice refrigerator, sleek design and huge storage space. One less star because the lights doesn’t turn on. Now I have to contact customer service, more work for me.

I love my new refrigerator ! It has plenty of space to keep everything organized. It is pretty quiet and makes plenty of ice ! I love that the temperature of the freezer and refrigerator lights up on the door panel every time the door is opened.

I am liking the new fridge so far. The only thing I am not happy about is the ice cubes are always frosty and some leaking from water spiket. Otherwise loving it.

This fridge is great! The ice maker issue was resolved with this model and we absolutely love it. The smart features are great and always remind us while watching TV if it was left open by the kids. Highly recommend.

Service calls every month beginning 8 months after purchase. Now after 12 service calls to fix a freezing ice maker, Samsung will replace it. I've been on hold for over 40 mins three times and hung up on all times before the return process is completed on the call. I will never buy another Samsung appliance! Absolutely the worst customer service.

Product is wonderful and so far no complaints. I have read reviews that this particular refrigerator is one of the top 10 to buy and I can see why. I haven't hooked up the water yet but that will be soon. .

The refrigerator is good but the ice maker is very bad. The reason we bought it is because we thought the ice maker was above average, but it constantly breaks and needs to be thawed. I would not recommend this fridge for ice lovers. Need to get this fixed, don't think I would buy a Samsung appliance again.
