We love the extra drawer, it was worth the extra money. We have found there is a great amount of space in both the frig. & freezer. It is big & quiet!

I wanted a French door refrigerator with water and ice service in white, not stainless steel. I searched everywhere. Most stores had a wide selection in stainless steel, but nothing in white. Best Buy had exactly what I wanted. Because of the great pricing at the time, I got a much larger fridge for the same price. I love it. It is quiet and cools off my food quickly. I love the extra drawer for party platters etc with its own temperature control. Since buying this fridge, I notice my fruits and vegetables are staying fresh much longer than before.

After researching features and reviews to narrow down a specific make and model Fridge we started to compare prices and Best Buy was $125 cheaper than anyone else. Yes people price match but why go through that if Best Buy is giving you the best deal every day. This Fridge is great we have 3 kids and has a lot of room for everything, especially having the lower fridge slide-out drawer for the kids is VERY convenient. This Samsung replaced a Kitchen Aid which worked perfectly just wasn't big enough for our size family. I would definitely recommend.

Love most everything about this frig. So much room and so easy to see and reach. The separate door for dairy/wine is terrific. Freezer easy to load and see items. Cons: Ice cubes are small and melt quickly in drinks. Fingerprints are not too bad but must use the right stainless cleaner. Needs a drain below water/ice dispenser as it is easy to get both in bottom of dispenser and no drain to capture and dispose.

I have had this fridge for almost a month now and have enjoyed it thoroughly. Coming from a side-by-side I love all the space and functionality. There are a few minor flaws that I would have like to seen implemented into the existing design. The water/ice dispenser is slow to respond when the lever is depressed but this is a minor thing I'm just extremely impatient. The ice cubes are smaller than average but once again an insignificant thing. Inside I would have liked to seen a better slider for the humidity controls on the drawers as they are very loose. I am enjoying the self-contained drawer immensely as I use it to exclusively to chill drinks. I like the slider partition mechanism but wish there was a way to lock it in place as the force from opening and closing the drawer along with the weight of the drinks tend to move it around a lot. I also have some issues with the height of the shelves too especially the large ones up top which barely can accept cartons or jugs of milk juice etc.

Bought the refrigerator a couple of months ago, after our LG - which was a lemon from the very get go - finally completely gave up the ghost. This Samsung does not run warm like our last refrigerator. The cupboards surrounding the old refrigerator were always warm, so had to be careful what we stored in the cupboards. Not so with this Samsung. From the easy adjustment of the shelves, the quietness, running efficiently, to the look of the refrigerator, my husband and I are very happy with our choice.

I can finally fit all the groceries into the refrigerator without cramming. The layout was a lot different than the side by sides we have had for years but once I got it all organized, everything is easy to find - we love it. The food drawers with humidity control kept a bag of spinach fresh for over two weeks. The ice maker is fast but doesn't store as much as our old one so we put a bin in the freezer to store extra ice for coolers.

Awesome fridge, the only minor issues I have is the ice maker kinda of makes a lot noise when it dumps the batch of ice it just finished making. The only other issue I had was the dimensions we where given,were the dimensions to the front of the hinge to the back of the fridge..this is not the biggest part of the fridge, the front is rounded making the depth of the fridge larger then it says.

Lots of room. Love the middle drawer--perfect for our kids snacks. Bottom drawer freezer is large. LED lighting makes it easy to see inside.

This refrigerator is fantastic! It has plenty of room and the shelves can be adjusted accordingly.

Researched several fridge manufacturers and talked to other Samsung owners. This fridge performs as advertised and even better. Noticed other reviewers statements about noise, but our unit couldn't be quieter. Love the lighting and shelf arrangement along with the pullout drawer. The freezer section provides an easy to find organization even for the most challenged like me. Excellent quality and priced. Super satisfied.

My wife and I looked at MANY refrigerators before settling on the french-door, 2 drawer model. I'm SO glad we did! The refrigerator is spacious enough for our family, and the refrigerated drawer is AWESOME, especially the unique way you can configure its storage space. The freezer is huge...but very well lit. All-in-all, a great purchase!

I love the way this looks in my kitchen. It is roomy and features work well as expected. This unit is much nicer than my old fridge. If I had a negative comment I would say I wish that this unit had the anti smudge finish like the Frigidaire

This refrigerator was the best choice for the price and options. I love the middle drawer that keeps sodas and quick grab snacks easy to get too. The water and ice is the best. This ice maker makes 10lbs of ice per day. The freezer is huge. The price was perfect for my budget. The inside is spacious and user friendly.

The whole family loves our new fridge. It has plenty of room and fits our needs perfectly . We had been living out of a cooler for a week until we moved so when they delivered our fridge at 5:00 that day we thought it would take a day to cool off. Especially with the horrible Mississippi temps, but we had 400$ worth of groceries in by 9:00 that night . Great purchase .

Love how quiet the fridge is. Fits tons of food and well designed for large families and kids on the go. My favorite feature is the crushed ice! It's not pebble ice, but it's soft and delish!! Had the worst experience ever purchasing in the store & a nightmare experience getting it delivered, but the Best Buy delivery guys were amazing once they got here. Have always bought appliances through Best Buy. Thrilled with the fridge, but will definitely rethink using Best Buy in the future.

lots of space, shelves, drawers. the "Flex" drawer is especially handy for quick access to some of our more commonly used items. The exterior water/ice dispencer is larger the out previous Samsung allowing for larger containers. Runs quiet, cooled quickly. Only a couple of very small drawbacks - we miss the enclosed butter shelf and egg tray that came with our previous Samsung.

My wife and I love this fridge. We buy a lot of fresh food every week and we can fit everything in there with room to spare. The doors allow for all of our condiments to stay organized even with the ice dispenser on the left side. The "bonus" drawer is a life saver and the adjustable temperature allows us to use it for whatever the week's needs are. The freezer drawer is deep and the sliding drawer allows us to keep everything organized with extra room. Like I said, love this fridge!

I bought the whole samsung line (microwave, oven, fridge) and this one is the crown jewel of what I bought. All the things people have complained about, I have not found to be true. Granted it is early, but so far, we have been very, very, very happy with this fridge. My wife LOVES it, which is most important.

So far I love this refrigerator. The ice maker is very good and the quantity of ice is so much better than my previous refrigerator. The middle drawer is wonderful and very spacious for large items. The freezer drawer is so big and is so much easier than my previous side by side. The temperature control is great.
