Love this fridge! I was able to get rid of my 2 older smaller units and fit everything into this one. I have read other reviews about it being too noisy..? Not sure what they mean? It is loud when dispensing ice, but just sitting there running, mine is quieter than my last kitchen fridge. Love the new LED lights. The 1 downfall I would say for the fridge is the lack of door space on the left side due to the dispenser, but all in all it's a great unit.

fridge is spacious enough,family of 4.i love zone assigned drawer .ice-maker is big enough . only problem so far it takes long to fill one cup with water . I just started using it and will look into the problem little further. overall great purchase so far.

Love this refrigerator!! It has so much room which makes it a lot easier to keep neat and clean! I keep snacks in the middle drawer and it has made it so easy for the kids to get their own snacks! The low humidity drawers keep fruit fresh much longer also!

Just bought the refrigerator a couple of weeks ago. Enjoy the styling and functionality. Lots of space.

This refrigerator is great. It's slightly noisy but we haven't had any problems with it so far. My wife likes the middle drawer for meats and cheeses. Haven't used the drawer for any beverages. The shelving space feels a little limited if you are a family that drinks a lot of milk, but other than that great refrigerator.

I love this refrigerator - it replaces a 20 year old side-by-side.. It is large and so well lit. The middle drawer for snacks is wonderful. Much easier to keep track of the food we have. I just realized a couple of days ago that we don't have a stick butter tray or place in the door, but we can overcome that with a storage container. We have also found that now that we have water in the door, we are drinking more water

I originally planned on purchasing the Whirlpool model of this refrigerator, however, the new 10 year warranty seemed too good to pass up. Everything went smoothly with the sale, and delivery, however, reporting a problem was difficult to say the least. The refrigerator was delivered with the doors misaligned. The left door sat visibly higher than the left door. As far as I can see, it does not currently impact function, however, I'm not an expert. I expressed my concern to a representative at Best Buy who pretty much told me that because I did not buy the extended warranty, there is nothing they can do. They recommended that I called Geek Squad and then Samsung. The guy at Geek Squad seemed like he was going to be helpful. He said all the right things when he called 5 days ago, but I have yet to hear back as a follow-up. I'm going to contact Samsung next to see if they are able to fix this issue, and if they can't, I'll just return it for the Whirlpool model.

Had my refrigerator for about a month and it's been great. Great storage and it's quiet.

The fridge is a very good size. The middle drawer is great for putting cans and anything else. I was worried it wouldn't be big enough but it's a decent size and doesn't take away from the rest of the fridge. Not the biggest fan of buckets in the freezer but they seem to work fine. Overall, I think it was a good buy.

It's big and it fits my kitchen. There is nice storage and beautiful design.

I bought this refrigerator one month ago and its has been great so far. I love the overall look and functionality of this refrigerator. I love the fact that it has a middle drawer to put drink's and snacks for my kid. I just love this refrigerator and I am glad that we purchased it. I am a big fan of Samsung, and will purchase their products in the future. Job Well Done Samsung!!!

Far too many nice things to say. Came from a quality Sub Zero so expected new technology . It does show finger prints but easy to keep the stainless steel clean. Overall it is a WOW. Not sure it will hold up like the Sub Zero so to be safe got the 5yr insurance for $ 170. Best Buy was fantastic. Can not say enough good things and I really put them to the test.

This refrigerator is quiet and so far seems to be efficient. Lots of storage and easy access. I was hesitant about the freezer drawer, (side-by-side user for years!) but the access is better than I thought. I love the FlexZone drawer for access and the opportunity to change temperature for specialty items. But the only design flaw I see is the divider in the FlexZone drawer moves too easily and does not function well as a divider. It is basically useless. But that is very minor. Overall, I love the design and finish materials!

Replaced a side by side unit with this fridge. Love the large drawer for access to often used items without opening main fridge area and the ability to store large items which is a problem with the side by side model. The only negative is the ice maker/dispenser - the cubes are very small and often are cube/chip mix making it difficult to drink an iced beverage without a straw. Forgot to mention the water dispenser is much slower than on the side by side.

This is a great fridge. Tons of space in fridge and freezer. Lots of options for specific areas of fridge (temp/humidity). The finish does not collect fingerprints which is nice. It is also not magnetic which I like because then it doesn't get bombarded with refrigerator clutter.

I love the extra room and the coldcut drawer. It runs so quietly compared to our old refrigerator. The adjustable shelving makes it easy to store and items.

We were very pleased to find the refrigerator we wanted at Best Buy. The purchase was quick and easy. The delivery was on time and the two gentlemen were knowledgeable and efficient. Love the middle drawer for all the little stuff that used to get lost in the back of the frig.
