    Keeps food cold. Ice and water dispenser is helpful. Ours dings at random times even when the alarm is turned off. Had it 2 weeks and already had geek squad come out

    This has been a bad purchase. I think other reviews reflect this as well. Ice Maker never really worked. Drawer "hinge" always gets kinked. And the final straw - the water leaking all over today. Steer clear of this one and maybe Samsung overall.

    The Samsung refrigerator is much smaller inside than you would expect. It is difficult to view the products that you put in as well as having enough room to put all you need in. The ice maker makes very small cubes and constantly runs out of ice. The freezer part at the bottom is wonderful and I do like this. On top of all of this it's very difficult to get a hold of Best Buy to get them to fix anything.

    Got this fridge but in the couple of months of having it it already needed a filter . Also hard to clean from the inside .

    Icemaker in this model freezes up continuously. If you google this model you will see there are a lot of people dissatisfied - same problem. manufacturer defect in icemaker and not a solution available for the problem.
