Happy with purchase. Fridge has lots of room, great design and good look. Love the 4th drawer that holds yogurt, juice..etc. Would have been great if there is a lock on the water dispenser (Toddlers, infants in the house). Delivery was a nightmare but product is good.

I've had this for almost two years. Don't get this frog if you use ice. First it only makes for two people on an active hot summer day and that can be a problem sometimes. Second the process of getting ice dispensed takes a long time. Requires lots of patience. Same with water, it is a low flow deal. Otherwise it is nice but the Icemaker is a key. I'd never buy again.

Recently purchased this from BB with delivery service. Delivery people were very quick and efficient and made the out with the old, in with the new seamless. The refrigerator is very nice and allows for a multitude of organization options. I particularly like the 4 drawer combo setup as it allows me to keep items that I don't want in the general fridge area separate. Everything is working well and i'm very happy with the decision to purchase this over other options.

1 year and 20 days from purchase our ice maker quit. Samsung will not honor the warranty. Huge investment turned sour. Can't recommend this product, really can't recommend Samsung service either. No more Samsung appliances.

I have received many compliments on this fridge, but the noise from the dropping of ice would wake us up, as well as wake sleeping babies napping. Sadly, you can't turn it off. Other than that, I guess I was lucky it ran well for the 2 years we owned it. We sold our home with the fridge in the deal, so it's their issue, now. Based on my experience, I can't recommend it for the reason above.

After reading too many reviews on both sides of the spectrum, I decided to pull the trigger on this model. I felt comfortable with the features, style, and capacity. The internet is full of colorful reviews...so do a little research and speak with someone that like their brand. I would easily purchase another Samsung from Best Buy, no problems...easy delivery, great delivery guys, and a fridge that has been amazingly fridge like with no issues.

We really like everything about this refrigerator. Well, except for fingerprints, but we just polish it with WD-40.

Love our new refrigerator! So quite compared to our last one, (Whirlpool). Really like the big drawer. So handy to grab items without opening the double doors.

Had the frig for about 7 months and it is still breathing (considering the disgusting quality of major appliances these days) and I am very pleased with the model/mfg that I picked. I did a lot of research and found the only problem is a noisy cooling fan. After the first 3 months... That noisy fan issue started to manifest on this frig also. I can live with that until the fan dies.

I bought this fridge last weekend and it was delivered yesterday. I love it! My old fridge was 14 years old. It was maybe 24 cubic foot. I needed a bigger fridge and bought this one. The size is amazing! The freezer has a ton of room. I have a deep freezer in my garage, so I do not keep everything in my house freezer. This would easily hold a 20 lb Turkey and still have room for other stuff. I put lunch meat, yogurts, and snacks in the drawer between the fridge and the freezer. It holds a lot! This will be perfect for my kids. The veggie drawers are a lot bigger than my last fridge had. The lights are great. I can easily see. The alarm is nice. My kids have a habit of not closing things. They set it off 2xs yesterday. I highly recommend this fridge. It has everything I need plus some. I didn't want to spend $3000 on the other fridge I looked. It had features that I don't need. This was on sale for just under $2000, I saved $700 on it. I am glad I went with this fridge, love it!

I have owned this unit since March 2016. First-year was good. After 1 year the ice maker freezes up and then ceases to produce ice. When I called Samsung about the issue they proceeded to tell me that my 1 year warranty was expired in March 2017. I was very upset that all they give you for their products is a 1 year warranty. They suggested that I let their technician come out to see if maybe the 5 year sealed unit warranty could cover it. When the tech called it's $150 just to come in your door not covering the parts to fix it. And I asked what consisted of the sealed unit. Well the ice maker isn't sealed so all that covers is the cooling system. If your refrigerator stops cooling then they will pay to fix your unit. So needless to say I had to buy a ice maker to compensate for the loss of this one. And I have seen alot of ppl online say they have the same issue. Google it. Don't buy Samsung. I won't be anymore.

Cubes when you want crushed ice. Dripping water constantly from in door water/ice dispenser. Was told by Geek Squad tech and two certified Samsung techs that this is a design issue and cannot be fixed. They said recall would take up to three years. Advised to either shut off water or use only large cubes. Also, this unit makes a lot of noise and sometimes the noise is frightening.

We were always looking for a 4 door fridge, and while shopping this caught our attention. We have been using this for the past 8 months now and haven't had any issues since it was installed. The compartment in the middle really saves a lot of energy, as we keep the frequently used items in it. The ice maker is really good. Although you loose little bit of space in one of the doors due to ice maker compared to LG models, it was totally worth of a buy. The internal water filter is of great quality. The freezer compartment is very spacious and can store loads. I would definitely recommend it to any of my friend. There is one downside, it occasionally makes some noise, which I have ignored considering all the other benefits it carries

I absolutely love this refrigerator, BUT... The day we got it, my husband was cleaning it with Viva paper towels, and it left a scratching mark in the stainless steel. Maybe Samsung could explain how this could happen.

We love the size, function and interior of the unit. We are have a couple of problems. The door on the left side doesn't like to shut, the magic door flap is causing problems. The ice in the ice maker is soft. We called the Manufacturer and there is still a problem.

Disappointed overall in the functionality of the ice maker. The space is great, roomy inside, love the temp control in the middle drawer; great for wine. Surprisingly loud humming noise. Biggest disappointment is the ice maker. The cubed setting is relatively the same as the crushed setting. It is as though the cubed setting should be called the 'not crushed as much' setting. Definitely have never had a discrete cube dispensed, only a slightly larger chunk of crushed ice. Most upsetting is that when we use the ice maker on any setting about an ounce or so of water always comes out first...watering down the already slushy ice (and the drink). Capacity of the ice maker is very small. If you're hosting a few friends for dinner, be sure to buy extra ice. We couldn't supply ice for more than 4 water glasses using the ice dispenser contents.

Overall the refrigerator is great. However, the water and ice dispenser is awful! It doesn't hold a lot of ice. The water comes out so hard, it splashes everywhere and makes a mess. When you try to get ice, it lets a little water out first, and the ice goes flying everywhere as well. Had I known this, I probably would've shopped around some more.

Ice maker keeps faulting! We purchased this refrigerator because we liked the water/ice dispenser feature and also the french door design with deli tray drawer. We are completely disappointed and frustrated over the ice maker. We have owned this for a couple of years now and the ice maker keeps frosting up and won't make ice. We keep having to defrost the fridge and clean out the ice maker. It'll work for a few weeks and then nothing again. Repeat this process OVER AND OVER again. Not acceptable for the price we paid on this item. We have a Samsung dishwasher that has a major design flaw (metal trim piece doesn't stay in place and bottom drawer won't glide in/out) and combined with this ice maker issue, we will NEVER buy Samsung appliances again.

After about six months of normal use water leaked from the unit and damaged my kitchen flooring which I had to rip off and replace. Four times Samsung technicians came and tried different options like replacing the ice maker, changing the drain tray pipes etc. but to no avail. Water started leaking again few days after each technician visit. Luckily I was home to prevent another disaster each time but to top it all now Samsung says I am out of warranty and will not exchange the unit! I cannot take chances with another repair attempt again. Have contacted Geek Squad so hoping for better service but my lesson is clear- never buy a Samsung appliance again.

I don't have a cabinet for the fridge to sit inside of so from my office or living room I can hear it buzzing. After having Samsung come to service,(their take was that it's just loud) I went online to check reviews. With this type of fridge, ext digital non linear temp control, I found reviews that ranged from "loud from 20' away", "loud" to "very loud".The good news is that Best Buy has IMPECABLE service and I have had the BEST experience with my exchange. Buy LG instead if you want quiet.
