We had out new Samsung Del. on 7/1. I setup the temp on all 4 zones, -1 for frezz, 34 for the refig. & 33 in the flex zone. The reading on the display for the frezz and refig show -8 & 34. When I use two temp readers they show, 8, 40-45 & 45.We waited as the manual said to load it with food. Samsung was no help online. after two calls and talking 2hrs of my time online I was told to fill out an online service request. I waited 30mins and they called Best Buy. They are now going to being me out a new one on Tue. So far this is not on Best Buy, I will update this after next week so you know what happens.

Item was delivered with only one working door handle. Delivery team told us it happens all the time. They said they would order it and have it overnighted to us. After nine days and seven phone calls no handle. Finally, after deciding to return it best buy offered to exchange it. Corporate Service team called to politely remind us that we should have refused the item and they would not charge us the 15% restocking fee. Also reminded us not to accept the replacement if it not 100%. We'll see what gets delivered this time. Also, the fridge itself doesn't hold tall containers like milk jugs and tea pitcher. Our old side by side fridge held 8 gallons of milk in the door this one will only hold 4 with no room left for salsa. All the extra shelf space gets eaten up by tall containers. On the plus side you can fit an extra large pizza box easily. I pick yes on recommending to a friend because I would warn them to keep a second fridge for tall containers.

Excellent fridge with great space utilization. The drawer is wonderful if you have kids.

Plenty of space, great lighting, the flex drawer is awesome. Very nice freezer section with plenty of storage room. This unit would be ideal except that the Ice Maker is the absolute worst I've ever seen. Check on YouTube before you buy. There are plenty of other customers who have had these issues. First, all the ice comes out crushed. Second, the ice maker continually jams. It will work for a week or so, and then you have to take the ice drawer out and chisel ice away so the cubes can fall into the drawer. It's a huge pain, and for the price we paid, it's crazy that this is happening within 6-9 months of purchase. I've contacted Samsung support and they've assured me all you have to do is "reset" the ice maker by holding down a button on it. I've never seen an ice maker that takes so much maintenance. Samsung needs to fix this issue for existing owners. Steer clear unless you don't care about having ice.

while I did not purchase thru Best Buy I owe it to everyone to advise that the Samsung refrigerator is a very poor investment. This refrigerator purchase was part of my kitchen remodel and after just 7 months it has flooded my kitchen floor. Their response when called for service - we can be there in a week. So think twice try any other brand - I have a Kenmore in my barn purchased new 15 years ago that still works and always has.- not pretty or "stylish" but functions

I like the fridge and especially the Flex drawer where you can make it a freezer or a fridge. My only small complain would be it's a bit loader than my older fridge

Purchased this fridge and have had numerous issues with it. Main issue has been that ice constantly builds up on the inside panel of the fridge in the back and the fan blades end up hitting it making an awful grinding noise. Had techs out 3 times and everytime it’s been “fixed” the same problem keeps happening. When talking to Samsung support their response is, “That’s a known sensor issue. Would you like to set up a service appointment?” Their recommendation is to unplug it for a few days and let it thaw out. Not exactly the most convenient task to put everything in coolers every single time. Well, after the 10th time doing this we are getting another fridge and regret this purchase.

Only had this for 5 months...Fridge itself is very nice but the ice maker has frozen up at least 4 times already....That is the only reason why I am not recommending this fridge to anyone...

After only a week of having refrigerator I noticed a noise. It makes this noise frequently throughout the day. It is a humming sound that is very annoying. I read some reviews and saw that others had the same issue with it making noise. Best Buy has been FANTASTIC. I told them I did not want a repair man to come out and that I was within my 15 days that I could return it. I was concerned because I read that Samsung customer service is not great. I thought if the refrigerator makes a noise after a week, this wasn't something I wanted to fool with. The refrigerator itself is very nice and I know many people with Samsung's that are quiet. This one is not!

The refrigerator is great, but the ice maker is and will be a problem. It's a design flaw. It will eventually freeze up. Look at ice maker problems and on you tube. Mine is 5 months old and it's froze up. Service to fix.ice tray cannot be removed till defrosted.

I purchased this refrigerator for overall appearance and design. After the Warranty is over, SAMSUNG will not repair there defective ice maker that has had several design updates and is not supporting existing customers. After paying $2000 for this unit we are stuck with having to buy Bags of ice. I wonder why Lowes still is selling this refrigerator knowing of the bad design??

Ice-maker is a definite let down, barely 1 year into ownership and now experiencing the same issue that has apparently been ongoing for a few years. As nice as every other feature is with this unit, it is a shame that I can only give it an average score.

Ice maker had to be serviced several times. Ice starts accumulating on the top and then stops making ice completely unless that part is replaced.

The refrigerator is nice and works well with the exception of the in door ice/water dispenser. It leaks and drips water with each use so the little tray below the dispenser fills up with water and drips down the front of the refrigerator. The ice maker is trash. It cost us $400.00 to replace after only 2 years, and the replacement lasted only a year exactly from the installation date of the 1st replacement. NEVER EVER buy a Samsung refrigerator!!

Great use of space. Very quiet. Much more user friendly than our last fridge.

Purchased in February and it was great. However, in July something broke and it will no longer switch between crushed and cubed ice. Since this was not a big deal I procrastinated and didn't contact Samsung support. That has now become a three week nightmare. Still have not had a service person scheduled to even come out and determine what is wrong. Samsung customer support is probably the worst support I have ever dealt with. They originally assigned the ticket to one local company that I was never able to get in contact with. Then a week ago Samsung called me, I explained the situation and was told they would assign to another company. Called Samsung yesterday as I still have not heard from anyone and the ticket was never transferred. The person with "Executive Customer Relations" told she transferred the ticket, called the Authorized Service Center herself, and that I would be contacted within 24 hours to schedule the service call. Plus she would call me back to follow-up. Well, here it is almost 36 hours later and zero calls. I just want people to be aware of what they may be getting into. I would not recommend Samsung products to a friend, unless I no longer wanted that person as a friend.

Leas than 3 yeara into the life of this fridge the fan and then the compressor failed. Followed up by having the icemaker replaced 3 times before giving up. Tech said our home had too much water pressure for this make and model and will continue to be an issue with freezing over. I no longer have faith on samsung products.

We purchased this Samsung about 3.5 years ago. At first it was a great fridge. After about 1 year it started to have several problems right after the warranty was done. First the ice maker started leaking. Then it quit making ice. Looked the problem up online and found what I thought would be an easy fix, take the ice maker drawer out and defrost with a hair dryer. This worked fine for the first time, after that it became more frequent. Only fix was to replace the icemaker which lasted about as long as the original. Shortly after that the flex drawer temp could no longer be adjusted. It kept freezing items left in it. The only fix for that is to replace the whole drawer. With a price of over $2000 I would expect to get more service life out of this fridge. I will never purchase a product from a company that can't decide if it wants to make electronics or appliances again. New fridge will be a GE. Being delivered soon
