Have just had it for about 3 weeks but appears to be working fine. The only disappointment is that we cannot make the center FLEX drawer a freezer (our mistake for not checking-it-out further before the purchase). Also, the ice maker does not allow you to remove a tray of ice and empty it into a cooler (bummer).

I love the space. The storage for veggies is perfect and the separator is useful. Has just enough freezer space with an extra storage for smaller items. If you accidentally close the door too fast it slows it down so it doesn’t get “slammed”. I think its a perfect size for big families. Some other fridges can filled quickly after one shopping experience, this is ideal to solve that issue

First, let me say that we love 90% of the refrigerator and the Geek Quad has been outstanding fixing the ice maker the last 10 times. This is not an exaggeration. I just spoke to the Best Buy Geek Squad and they told me "we see the previous 10-work orders on the same ice maker". It has been a 4.5-year saga of our ice maker stops making ice every 3-5 months. Again, Geek Squad has been amazing! The repair folks have told me that they see this Samsung model with the ice makers in the refrigerated section to often have issues. This is likely due to warm air getting into the ice maker causing the humid air to condensate. This results in the ice maker freezing up. Samsung has had multiple service bulletin fixes. None of these have solved our problem! Samsung now puts the ice makers in the freezer section in new models and this solves the issue according to Geek Squad repair technician. Unfortunately for us, there is nothing that Geek Squad can do as Samsung will not take a refrigerator back due to Ice makers. Our ice maker failed within the first year under warranty. If we would have known that these issues would persist for 4.5 years, we would have returned our unit for another Samsung model with the ice maker in the freezer.

Only been using a few months. Like the flexZone drawer alot . Do not have to open main fridge doors as much. Great buy so far.

Great fridge. Spacious and attractive. The dividers make it easy to keep food organized.

Enough room for a lot of food. Keeps cold and fresh.

Size is great.....however ice maker is having an issue. Ice is slushy at times. Seems like this is an ongoing issue with Samsung Twin Cooling units.

We've only had this fridge a short while but so far so good. Love the draw for my beer! The fridge is nice to have everything at eye level as opposed to the side by sides. The water and ice dispenser works well. So far we love it!!

My last refrigerator lasted 13 years. I hope this one will do the same. It's a beautiful fridge with much more space than my previous one. So far...I am one happy girl.

Have had this fridge for a couple years now. Suddenly the Ice Maker froze over. Called for support and Samsung said the ice maker would have to be replaced, and they ordered parts. Two weeks later, they send me a text that it won't be repaired. Now, I'm fighting with Samsung to get this resolved.

We rolled the dice on this fridge after reading the reviews and unfortunately lost that gamble. The fridge layout and features are fine but we have been having a few issues with the fridge that require service. The ice make only does crushed ice even when selecting cubed. The crushed ice leaves some bits behind in the chute that eventually melt and drips down to the tray. Also the doors aren’t level where one closes on its own fairly aggressively. Lastly the pitcher of water that automatically fills has a leak and won’t seal properly so when you pour water from it water drips down the side of the pitcher. All issues that can be repaired but Samsung service has been HORRIBLE. Every step of the process has been agonizing. From scheduling, to repairs that did nothing. Again a decent fridge but if you need repairs you will regret it. We have had Samsung fridges in the past and happy since we never needed to call. They are reasonably priced but now I see where they skimp to keep costs low. I suggest you try another brand instead.

Very spacious and looks awesome. We love it. Had to call Samsung to figure out how to get the temperature controls to work. Needed to unlock the control lock first but the manual could have been clearer. The other small issue is crushed ice. Ours is a mixture of crushed and cubed ice.

We have owned our unit for a little more than two years. Within the first six months, the ice machine started to intermittently freeze up and stop working. By the end of the year, it was freezing up at least once a week, and occasionally leaking water onto our hardwood floors. And by year two it was freezing up every other day, leaking onto our floors and the interior temperature was not at a safe level (10 degrees higher than the computer board's reading. Today we deal with water on our floors and a seized up icemaker every other day, and an internal temperature 10 degrees warmer...... no amount of visits from Samsung repair people can make up for the frustration of ruined hardwoods, drinking sour milk, or the smell of spoiled meat. I hope my experiences help you make a sound buying decision. I wish Best Buy or Samsung would save us from this disaster but no luck.
