Works great, love the middle door between the freezer and fridge that you can adjust the temp to, makes ice fast, exactly what we wanted

I came home from vacation to a broken refrigerator. Best Buy had a similar Samsung refrigerator in stock and was able to deliver it within 2 days. They showed up on time and did a fantastic job installing it and getting it up and running. The refrigerator is working great. Thanks to Best Buy for having this 3 drawer Samsung in stock with a quick turn on the delivery!

1000% Recommend! We were saved by Samsung and its super fast cooling and well made fridge. It saved us from a super bad prior experience. (( Flashback to the week prior when we purchased a DIFFERENT Brand.. Aggh!! not saying in case just a glitch... and it took forever to get cold (tech said it would take the a day..?!?!?) then it got cool.. We shopped.. filled fridge to come back to compressor off and all warm ruined food.)) We then switched to Samsung. WOW what a difference. Cooled super fast for a new fridge. Always gets cold right away after door open for use.. Ice maker is WAYYYYY Better at producing ice and easy to access the pull out when needing more.. Samsung even feels more substantial on the doors and drawers. Total winner and such a relief.

Love the drawer, great for yogurts. Very quiet. lots of room.

Would have given this refrigerator a full 5 stars except, and its really not that big of deal, but the water/ice dispenser shoots water very far forward, so if you have a small kids cup it misses it completely, and ice like almost every single ice dispenser spits ice everywhere. That being said, the space this thing has is amazing. We love the "wine" drawer ;-) (FlexZone Drawer). Shelving is easily removed and easy to clean. We would still recommend this product.

Have had the fridge for little over 2 weeks now. Figured out the wi-fi connection a few days ago and it saved us. Wife was getting ready to leave for work and I got notified at work that the fridge had been left open. I called her right way and she had left it cracked, so she shut it. I can't imagine what would have happened if it got left open all day. It got cold fast when they delivered it and stay cold. Super quite. Ice marker works great and holds quite a bit.

Lots of room for storage. The temperature controls keep the fruit and vegetables fresher longer. It looks great! Easy to clean and very quiet. No complaints!

I was not sure I would like the bottom freezer drawer and the middle drawer, but they are growing on me. You cannot use the water or ice if the doors are open, which my old fridge was not like that, so it is hard for me to get used to. Very roomy. Wish there was a place to put sticks of butter - I may have to buy a butter saver. The water/ice dispenser also takes some time to get used too, have had a few spills on the floor because we did not have the cup situated just right.

We love the look and size, but this does NOT have a light when pushing the water/ice dispenser button on the outside door. Samsung stopped including that back in 2022 and no one really knows why...doesn't make any sense. There are other Samsung models that have it and it fits in this model, so we were able to get a light. The sales staff is not aware of this and why would they be?! Our old 15-year-old fridge in the basement has one. Samsung blew it here.

This fridge is spacious and well designed. I wasn't sure I would like the deli drawer as a separate thing but it turns out to be a good idea not to have to open the doors to get into it. There are not many options to change the shelf positions, but so far it has been okay, I have been able to put anything, even fairly tall pots, in there. There is a retracting shelf for even taller pots if you rearrange whatever normally is there. The lighting is great and available in fridge, drawer and freezer.

I found this Samsung refrigerator Model: RF27T5201SR/AA SKU: 6401612 on BestBuy website as an open box labeled as "fair" condition for $638.99 located in Bowie, MD outlet store with no pictures provided. I called the number associated with the listing 202-387-6150 to ask about the possibility of receiving pictures of it. I was told by the gentleman who answered my call that he would contact the store where the fridge is being stored to get a visual inspection. He came back to me after 20 minutes saying that the only wrong thing with the fridge is "missing documentation" and this is a great deal. I asked him to be sure because I live far away near IAD and would rent a pickup truck to pick up the fridge. His answer was 100% positive of the accuracy of the information provided. So, I proceeded with purchasing the fridge and received the receipt instantly. On Sunday, the next day I rented a pickup truck from IAD and went ahead with my daughter to pick up the fridge from Bowie which is 57 miles away. When we arrived, my daughter and I were extremely shocked when we saw the damage of the freezer handler and a big dent in the face of the door. I told the store manager to double check this is the correct fridge I purchased based on the guarantees I received from that gentleman I spoke with. Well, the manager was nice and tried to find a similar fridge with no luck. I called the same number I called the day before and told the story to a lady who said that the gentleman I spoke to and lied or miss informed me is a contractor not a BestBuy employee therefore BestBuy does not feel obligated to correct his mistake. This was, in short words, my painful and frustrating experience with BesBuy..I will never do any transactions with this store in my life.

Love this fridge, it has the drink drawer, plenty of regular space and a two level freezer section. The fridge is slightly deeper than my last model but it makes up for it woth softer edges. I chose not to go tou h avelreen, everyone ive ever known who has one just uses it to listen to misic and get annoying messages they already have on their phone, i dont need that in my life.

I like my Samsung 28 cu ft 4 door French door Refrigerator with FlexZone drawer stainless steel. It’s of spaces to put your food, drinks bread and butter on both sides of the doors. More rooms inside for other stuffs. Big spaces for for frozen foods. Would highly recommend to my friends and relatives to get one at Best Buy only.

I absolutely love my new fridge. I was reluctant to buy Samsung as I have heard some bad things about servicing it, but I wanted to match my range and fridge so I went with it. It is a great fridge with lots of space, extra drawer in the middle, and a flexible layout of the main fridge space. Cooling appears uniform and the stainless is easy to clean. Ice maker slow but otherwise works well. I hope that if I ever have to service it, that I will have better luck than others.

The refrigerator is great. My salesperson at Best Buy Fort Lauderdale was friendly and efficient. My refrigerator arrived on time. One part of the installation is not complete. There is a rivet on the top shelf that needs to be removed. I have called the Geek Squad, but have had trouble getting through. Questions on your helpline got me nowhere. I talked to many women without a resolution. I do not have the drill necessary to remove this little rivet.
