    I like the fridge but the water dispenser doesnt have a water catching tray and the ice is really loud other than that good fridge and fancy feeling.

    The refrigerator is great and has a lot of space inside and the extra drawer is a nice feature. It was a disappointment to have it delivered and left with some sticky residue all over the front and the handles were not installed. We had to wait a week of opening the fridge from the top and then install the handles ourselves. Not what we are used to from BB.

    This is our first Samsung fridge and it's spacious interior, quality exterior and functionality make it a good purchase. The only negative so far has been the ice-maker which produces crushed ice mixed with the cubed ice which we prefer.

    Seems to be a good refrigerator. Had to adjust to a french door model but have more room than old one. Got a good price on this one so it is a great value for us.

    I’m not a fan of reviewing items too quick and most retail shops want you do it right away. The reason is people need to hear the long term results with an item not just their initial reaction. That being said I’ve only had this fridge for a little over a month. I like it but do not love it. The shelf storage layout is not great. The storage on the doors also is not great. I had a side by side previous to this unit and it seemed like the layout and storage was better. My wife has the same opinion. The ice maker is also noisy. The kitchen is outside our master bedroom and we hear ice dropping all night. Let’s just hope it lasts a long time. We’ve had bad luck with Samsung appliances over the years. We had a washer and dryer and both didn’t last more than 4-5 years. The Samsung dishwasher couldn’t wash a dishwasher was a the worst piece of junk we’ve owned. The reason we bought this unit because refrigerators are in limited supply and we had little choice. Hopefully we don’t regret the decision.

    This fridge has been a pain in my neck. The ice machine kept freezing up after 3 months of usage and was impossible to have anyone come to the house to fix the issue due to covid. So I had to do my own research and fix it myself....3x. Finally stopped. Now after a year and 2 months, I changed my filter for the second time and after an hour of installing the SAMSUNG FILTER, the whole flex zone was full of water, dripping into my freezer and a huge pool of water onto my floor....Samsung won’t fix it due to being out of warranty for 2 months....the only good thing I can say about this fridge is that it keeps my food cold and keeps my freezer....real cold. I’m not excited to see what the future holds with this fridge. Will be fixing it one more time and just sell it and go with Whirlpool or GE....very disappointed.
