Good product so far. No issues found. After installation, water dispenser was dripping water. Searched online and found that you are supposed to drain 3 gallon of water and did that. Problem no more. No other issues yet. Only had it for less than a month. Time will tell.

The refrigerator is very nice and is the perfect size for my kitchen. So far it's working as advertised and keeping my food fresh. The ice and water dispenser is working well.

Love the look and how well it goes with all my other Samsung appliances. Not as spacious as I imaged it would be, especially the fridge. Overall a great addition to my kitchen.

Love the storage capacity and style. The whole purpose of purchasing this style was so that we could use the third drawer for my husband to be able to dry age briskets prior to placing them on his smoker.

Had an old fridge that we decided to upgrade. Found this online and got the open box at a discount. Have had it for a month and have not had any issues yet.

Lots of space in both the refrigerator and freezer. Love the flex drawer. The water/ice dispenser came with a bit of cosmetic damage so we are currently waiting for a new door. Overall i really like the looks of this unit and am excited to have the whole matching set.

Its a great fit very nice and plenty room to store my food

I thought we were buying the same refrigerator as we had nine years ago and expected some upgrades. We received the opposite. The refrigerator and freezer seem to work fine but other items have been downgraded from our previous 28' four door/flexzone refrigerator. The following are the disappointments: The interior shelves are not as adjustable as the previous model. All of the shelves are the same as in the previous model but the left side shelf can only be placed in one spot because, instead of a place to hook the bracket, there is a small ledge built into the side for the left side support instead of a wall track. The right side middle shelf can be put in two locations but the third, lowest location is no longer available because of the same molded support in place of a wall track. The door bins are much smaller than before. I took the bottles and jugs out of the old refrigerator and could not put them back in the new bins. For example, I could put a gallon container and two 2-liter bottles in the bottom right side bin. Now the bin will hold the gallon container, one 2-liter bottle and a smaller bottle only. The freezer section in the old unit had a removable shelf built into the door. It was perfect for smaller items up to about 5 inches wide and up to the width of the freezer. It was where I put things I didn't want falling in with the main freezer section or items that I accessed frequently like ice cream sandwiches, an ice pack or a frozen water bottle. The new freezer has a place with protrusions that could hold a tray as the old one did but there is no tray. The result is wasted space and a need to dig around in the main section for those items. The last item is the water/ice dispenser light. THERE IS NONE. While there is a lens for the light built in under the dispenser chute, there is no light installed. I verified this with Samsung after about a half hour on with technical support. I often used the the light as a nightlight on the previous refrigerator and all others I have owned with ice and water in the door. At a minimum it kept me from turning on a light adjacent to the refrigerator in a dimly lit kitchen when I drew water or ice. This is a problem with any dark container you use as you cannot see how full it is. MAJOR Disappointment. If I had realized these shortcomings, I would not have purchased this model. Otherwise it is a capable refrigerator.

The flex drawer is so convenient, I use it for cheese and sandwich meats, my mom has a fridge like this as well and uses it for water bottles, fruit drink pouches and soda. I love that you can rearrange some of the shelving inside to accomodate larger items.

I'd say the only knock on this fridge in the space inside. There are a bunch of "nooks" that are too tiny to put anything and seems like a waste of space. Otherwise, very much like it.

Great refrigerator/freezer. Love how spacious it is and the extra drawer. Only downfall was Our freezer didn't work for the 1st few days And when contacting Best Buy we were told we had to go through Samsung. Freezer started working before Samsung could come fix it???

I was skeptical of the flexzone drawer before buying this, but now I love it. When I host family nights, I can put all the kid drinks in that drawer and I don't have to worry about them leaving the fridge doors open too long.

This refrigerator is okay, but not excellent as because within a year of usage i got dripping in ice machine as first water come out and then you get ice when pressing ice button. Very hard to clean the inside glass racks as removal is hard. But overall this is good product with expensive water filter replacement.

I waited awhile to purchase this refrigerator. Old model had issues with the ice maker. I have no problems with this model Tons of space and it's gorgeous

The refrigerator is awesome. Would have been nice if it came with all the pieces. The freezer tray was missing and we called and of course Best Buy said it was a Samsung problem and Samsung said it was a Best Buy problem. Only option we had was to have them bring a new refrigerator out in a few days and send back this one. Problem there is we needed to keep our food. Even if they would have brought out the new one you wouldn’t have enough time to get it cold enough for food. Frig is great just make sure yours has all the parts.

Tons of room, works great. The only reason I gave it for not five stars is because the shelves are very difficult to remove to clean.

Delivery people are very unprofessional refrigerator, broke down and they didn’t wanna install the new one. Our pick up the old one. But the refrigerator is great.

I would first talk about BestBuy, just awesome. There is no other word to talk about Bestbuy service and especially in this current Covid situation. We have ordered many things from other retailers but no one delivered on time as promissed. Refregirator is very spacious and excellent product.
