    The water spout constantly drips randomly and leaves water marks in the none existent tray which then drops down the front. That’s my main complaint. Only had it for a month so far.

    The delivery service and help was great. After arriving and before placing the refrigerator, the installers told us this refrigerator would stick out way to far for it to be beneficial for use decently. They suggested that it would be better on our part if we were to call and get the "Counter-Depth" model to fit our kitchen better. Which we upon so did and they left at that point, taking this refrigerator back to the store with them.

    It’s been a couple of years now since we purchased this refrigerator . We still love our purchase. So happy I came to Best Buy for my purchases. We will continue to buy products from Best Buy for years to come. The service from the Hoover location was excellent. You can’t beat the prices and this was an awesome experience for my husband and I. I would recommend this appliance to all my family.
