    Unable to provide an accurate review as the unit hasn't operated properly since installation [ 6/27/19]. Unable to determine if source of problem is defective appliance or improper installation that was completed by GEEK Squad. New appliance scheduled for delivery 7/3/19. When properly installed etc will be able to properly evaluate operation etc. of appliance.

    The installation team was great, however, the flex zone drawer isn't working the way it should,... as in, I cannot change it from the default Deli. I am also a little disappointed because the salesman told me that I could select to have it as an additional freezer, which is not true.

    Was delivered broken. Sent someone to "fix". It was not repair but delivery, they had no parts. Had to wait for part. In meantime, refrigerator NEVER kept proper temp in any of the compartments. Fridge never below 39 should be 37, flex drawer 42 should be 37and freezer 8 to 10, should be 0, yet control always showed what should have been proper temp. Wen to store and to return and purchase different fridge. Then corona virus hit. Now stuck with poor functioning fridge and I have no idea when the new one will be delivered. The account says I am now past the 15 say window to return the new one if there is a problem. What a nightare.

    Great service with delivery and very quick turnaround compared to similar stores (Home Depot and Lowes). Best Buy provided essential items considering they possess their own warehouses instead of manufacture direct shipping. They also price matched which made the decision even easier and beneficial for me.
