This is the second Samsung refrigerator of this type that I have purchased, and I enjoy the flex Zone drawer very much, along with the other features. It is arranged well and stores many items. I truly enjoy the reminders when I have the door open too long, as sometimes I get distracted and forget how long it has taken to locate and retrieve items. I am pleased to have an icemaker that works well as we use a lot of ice in our household. I paid a good price, but discovered that it had been reduced another $200.00 the day after I had purchased and paid in full for it. Would have liked to have received a credit since I had already paid the extra $200.00 the day before rather than a week or more after payment. However, salesperson did not contact me. I purchased the first one in 2017 and liked it a lot, but had faculty icemaker, which had a design flaw that could not be fixed; therefore, had to use a countertop icemaker for several years. A perfect refrigerator other than that. Samsung and Geek Squad did a great job in assisting with the first one.

Purchased this in March prior to a move, finally delivered in June. I love the ease of use. The additional drawer is great for the kids’ drinks, yogurt and cold cuts. The water and ice dispenser works great—except when the right hand door is open. The freezer has an amazing amount of space and the upper tray is great for the little things that usually get lost in a freezer. One con comment is the dispenser needs a little tray to catch the drips. Otherwise, I would buy it again.

I cannot be more happy with my new refrigerator. Its capacity and stainless steel color are amazing. The flexzone drawer with the capacity to change the temperate depending on what you want to store in it is wonderful. I was thinking on buying a separate fringe to store my wine. But setting the temperature on the flexzone drawer for wine can do the same work and keep the wine just at a perfect temp to enjoy a nice and refreshing glass of wine.

This new refrigerator we now have has been a great investment for our family. It gives our kitchen a clean and renovated look while having the enough storage for our food. We are happy with the purchase.

Perfect size. Works well. Easy to use. Spacy and adjustable drawers. Multiple temperature controls. Ice maker is amazing.

I love Samsung products. I got 2 Samsung fridge in my home. This model in the bee spoke, I love these products. They work perfectly. I've had no problem with them. They're carefree, easy to maintain, enlarge enough for my family's needs

The fridge is very roomy, very quiet, and looks great. It was delivered on time and the men that delivered it were very good at what they were doing. Had very limited room to bring in in through the door but they got it without one wall scratched which really was a miracle in itself. Followed up instillation with a text a few days later to make sure it was running right.

This is a so-so fridge. It seems to function fine in terms of keeping things cold. At least for now (we all know these things don’t show their ugliness until after the warranty period ends). But there’s so many things that annoy me about this fridge. Annoyances: * Let’s start with the ice maker. It makes very little ice. And the ice is crystallized so it melts quickly - most people find that horrible as do I. * the buttons to operate the water and ice dispenser are terrible. They are not your normal buttons where it doesn’t matter how much pressure you apply or doesn’t require much dexterity. These buttons are hyper-sensitive and require you to push the same button multiple times. * the shelves on the left door are laughable. The one shelf only holds a couple very skinny items - good luck finding something useful. But the middle shelf is so instructed by the ice maker, that tree is literally nothing you can fit in there. My wife and I joke that we could possibly shove a couple ketchup and salad dressing packs in there. It’s a joke that just isn’t funny. * the shelving doesn’t appear very versatile. The rope two shelves require left and right shelves to be placed at same level. The bottom two drawers in the top section are not level. Seems to be cheap shelving/drawers. Positives: * ice maker makes ice faster than my old Frigidaire did. * the middle drawer is useful * the water dispenses quickly.(at least with a fresh filter like at the time of this post) * right shelves do fit 4 gallon containers. (Albeit that’s mostly status quo these days)

This is a very spacious refrigerator, everything is good, but the ice maker is slow, also it seems like all the newer models come without the led light for the water dispenser. The refrigerator has the location for the led light while you are dispensing the water or ice, but Samsung to cut costs didn't install the actual light. This is non sense. You are paying almost $2K for a modern refigerator that gets the dispenser light removed. Incredible. If Samsung wants to do the right thing, they should recall this refrigerator and install the led light they decided to remove even with the connections for it available. I still cannot understand this decision. Thanks

we are using it for 3 month. it works well. Has a lot of space. I like the flex zone drawer, which lets you put certain things in it and not to open the other part. Nice freezer. Not noisy. The only problem is the big size. We barely managed to bring it to our kitchen and through the entrance door.

After using this refrigerator for a bit over 6 months, the verdict is EIGHT ******** STARS. Why eight? Because that is 8 stars on a 5 star scale. The double doors & drawers truly provides incredible convenience. The small drawer above the freezer has turned out to be the best thing we didn't know we needed. . Sadly, in the end, it doesn't doest do the cooking. But, it sure makes it a lot easier for the humans. . Just tonight, as we finished cleaning up after supper, one of the doors didn't get closed completely. No worries: a "Door Ajar" popped up on the TV screen (about 3-seconds after leaning back in the recliner.)

Great fridge! Moved from a large space to a more economical space and it still fits. Lots of room inside and keeps everything as cold as you want it. My only complaint would be the size of some of the door shelves makes it hard to fit certain things but that is a very small matter.

Fridge is great, flex drawer does not get very cold on freezer setting but is awesome as a deli drawer.

Excellent refigerator! Only thing is ice maker is just OK but otherwise love the middle drawer for yogurts and small containers and temperature is perfect.

This is a really nice fridge. Has lots of room to place all type of items. It is very quiet and so far seems electricity wise is very efficient. Thumbs up for the ice machine. The freezer area is so big that I am still figuring out how to fill it up. Overall is really a best buy.

Has more shelf space (Square inches) and less waste space than most models of similar CuFt-age. My only gripe is the shelves are FIXED HEIGHT - and the upper shelf is 1/4" too short to accommodate a standard height milk carton. Yes the flip up shelf on the left allows install of even tall wine bottles, but that wastes the lovely shelf space, and lies BEHIND the heavier ice/water door. Ice and water work well easy clean but prone to dripping down door front. Acceptable for convenience of through the door service.

I had an older Samsung model just like this one, so very familiar with this product. This one is more of a base model, doesn't have a touch screen on the front (which was a pain on our old Samsung). The controls are inside the doors, so you don't accidentally touch them. It also does not have WIFI (which I didn't see the need for anyway). There are a few changes I don't like about this new frig - Most importantly, DON'T use any magnets on the front of the frig. I found out (very unfortunately) that they leave scratches on the front!!! YIKES! Secondly, the icemaker is smaller than my older model. When I removed the icemaker bin to dump the first ice, I noticed the ice at the bottom was all stuck together. Will have to monitor this to see if it affects performance. They have also made some of the door shelves smaller, and some of the things we used to store on specific shelves no longer fit. The plastic door shelves and inserts are not as thick and study as my previous model (might tend to fail sooner). Finally, the metal grid divider in the flex drawer sticks when you try to adjust it. On the plus side, the frig functions well, keeps temps correctly (I did temp checks on each area, based on some other reviews), and the icemaker and water dispenser works well. It is also much quieter than my old Samsung. And it stores ALOT of food. The delivery team that came was STELLAR! They lifted the frig (both the one going out the and new one coming in) across my nice wood floors, and it NEVER touched the floor as they were putting it in place. Amazing!

So far the refer is working good. The ice maker is a little loud in dumping the ice. I like the flex drawer so far it is working good. We haven't had any problems so far. I was happy with the price and the delivery was also excellent by the two men. The time of the delivery was also on time. very fast in setting up the refer.
