    Great Experience with Best Buy and Excellent Samsung Refrigerator! I purchased the Samsung 28 Cu. Ft. 4-Door French Door Smart Refrigerator with FlexZone Drawer in Stainless Steel, and I couldn't be happier. The refrigerator itself is spacious, quiet, and stylish — the FlexZone drawer is especially useful for organizing different items. Best Buy provided good customer service throughout the process — from purchase to delivery. The product was delivered on time, and the team handled installation smoothly and professionally. Overall, Best Buy is a seller with good standing, and I would definitely buy from them again. Highly recommend both the product and the store!

    The temperatures inside the refrigerator vary and do not give enough cold to preserve foods and drinks of all kinds, which causes food damage inside the refrigerator. This indicates a manufacturing defect in this refrigerator

    Broke 3x in 9 months and Best Buy doesn’t care

    Freezer broke twice in first 9 months. Lost everything. Water dispenser filter unit had to be replaced, too. Best Buy’s “extended warranty” on Samsung’s refrigerators means Best Buy won’t help you during the first year - you have to call Samsung who won’t do anything but send technicians. No one has accountability. I’ll never shop with Best Buy again and I’ll never purchase a Samsung again.

    Just a year after purchasing this fridge the black stainless is peeling significantly and I won’t buy a Samsung product again. I spent way too much on this fridge for it to peel so soon. The black stainless is just a garbage coating that peels even when you take care of it like a baby.

    This refrigerator is a great unit with a good price, lots of space, especially like the extra space in the freezer. The ice machine works fine but wish the button to release the ice was a bit more sensitive. Overall a good fridge and I’d recommend it.

    I love my four door refrigerator. I like being able to use the drawer for my dairy products without opening the door to the refrigerator. Anthony Valdez, the sales person at the store in Mission Viejo was outstanding. Excellent very helpful. The refrigerator was delivered on time and on the day promised. The delivery Men were very polite and installed my refrigerator in a timely manner.

    I love the stainless black print resistence exterior, the food show case and the flex drawer. Exterior H2O.ice is optional for me, especially with the auto fill pitcher. The interior capacity is perfect for a small-medium size family. BUT - changing the filter requires turning off the H2O line to the fridge. In most homes in this area the compartment is housed behind the frig, Problem 1. The fridge does not have front wheels or an easy way to pull it forward for reaching the cut off valve, Problem 2. Finally, the auto fill pitcher leaks when pouring water, Problem 3. As does the replacement pitcher sent by Samsung. Problem 3 is annonying but not a purchase deal breaker. Problems 1 & 2 certainly would have led pre-purchase to considering at best solutions and worst other options. Think problems 1 & 2 are design flaws. My previous Samsung frig had a easy 2-button temporary shut off inside the frig. The leaky auto pitcher too can use a redesign of its lid. In, general, I am pleased with my purchase decision.

    A Refrigerator Not For Dummies!

    Bought our Samsung 4-door French Refrigerator one year ago. Where do I begin??? First and foremost, do not expect to get intelligent instructions for this product from the owner's manual. They simply leave out very important information like little tabs that must be removed or little hidden buttons that must be pushed just to remove the glass shelf above the vegetable bins. We learned to do this by watching YouTube videos! It takes two people to complete this task...just to clean a shelf. I have placed two rimmed cookie sheets on that shelf now to catch spills so I don't have to go through that again to clean spills under the glass!! We have never been able to remove the ice bucket. Again, the owner's manual is a joke. It says clearly not to place hands in the ice chute (duh!) and to just gently lift up bucket and slide out. NOT! Again, went on YouTube. Well guess what, you do have to put your hand in the ice chute and push back on a hidden button to release the bucket. However, ours still won't come out. We have a service call scheduled for that. The refrigerator controls are NOT, and I repeat NOT user friendly. For many functions there is a series of steps such as hold a button for 3 seconds to unlock, hold another button for 3 seconds to activate then choose function (and stand on your head and recite the Pledge of Allegiance). If it's not a function you use often off to the pitiful owner's manual you go for the steps. These are the major issues (so far), but there are many minor issues with the design. The shelves on the inside of left door are pretty useless as they wrap around the ice maker chute and the automatic water pitcher. Only small condiment bottles will fit on these shelves. And about the water pitcher. If it sits unused for even a couple of days, slime appears. YUK! We turned ours off and don't use it. Wasted space! Now, I did give this product two stars (after much contemplation!) for two features I love. First, the third door on the exterior to access beverages. So convenient and this space really does keep the milk cold. I also love the pull-out deli drawer. I appreciate the design that allows me to configure the space as it suits my needs. To sum up, if you are comfortable with searching YouTube for instructions and don't mind difficult, convoluted steps to complete a simple task this is the refrigerator for you! But if not, please, for your own sanity, buy something else!!

    I've had this refrigerator for a month and I think it's great refrigerator. It has lots of space and they even utilized space in the door around the ice maker. The places aren't very big, but you can store small jars in there. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of 2 things. I wanted to lower the temperature in the refrigerated section, but it didn't work when I pressed the button inside the fridge. We had to use the mobile app to make that change. Also, the ice dispenser clogged today. I'm not sure why ice got stuck and backed up. I was dispensing regular ice, not crushed ice. So, although they're little things, it makes me wonder what else is going to show up in time. Still, overall, I'm please with it.

    I have had this refrigerstor for 6 months now. No problems, so far so good. Ice maker does a nice job keeping up. Temps stay nice and even. It is the only model I could find that fits my 36” space. It’s not too big, not too small.

    Beware of Black Stainless Finish

    The appliance itself is really good, feature-wise. We really like the flex drawer and the door within a door. My favorite feature is the auto fill pitcher, with the drawback that the pitcher is made with a center seam so it has a tendency to leak. I have had Samsung replace the pitcher after some arm-wrestling with customer service. (Gotta go straight to Samsung, best of luck). The wifi is a little tricky to hook up if you don’t have an Android phone. I finally got it to work on my iPad, then it worked forevermore on the phone. Anyway, we have had ours for two years and my biggest complaint is a global one with all of my Samsung appliances. The finish on their appliances is terrible. Every single appliance I bought in 2021 is either dinged or heat damaged (stove, from just making spaghetti) and on the fridge, the actual black coating on the stainless is scraped off entirely in one spot from an accidental brush against the wall. In retrospect, I will never buy black stainless again. It’s just too delicate for normal use. We are an older couple who like to cook, no kids or pets in the house, and yet our appliances are taking a beating somehow, I’ve never had appliances that had so much cosmetic damage this early in the ownership experience. It’s very disappointing to not have any way to fix black stainless. It’s way too easy to damage Samsung appliances, and I have been taking pristine care! I would have wanted to give a much higher rating because I am not seeing any issues with functionality. Cosmetically, though, what a disappointment.
