This refrigerator has kept temperatures very well (stable); it is easy to adjust the temps using either the panel inside the unit, or via the app from a smart phone. I LOVE having the variable temperature drawer, which is perfect for beverages and cheese. The crisper drawers roll easy and have a lot of capacity. HOWEVER, the ice maker support equipment does consume a lot of door shelf space (as others have noted); the odd shapes are good for salad dressing and other smaller condiment jars. As I have not connected a water line to the refrigerator at this time (its a distance thing mainly, because the refrigerator is in a temporary location), I cannot comment on the water and ice dispenser portions of the refrigerator. I dislike that the shelving is a bit restricted in the positions it can be installed, due to the ice maker; typically, I keep the bigger jars/bottles at the bottom of the refrigerator, and all the shelving level across; it's not as easy in this Samsung as it was in my previous (no ice maker) model. Still, I'm happy with the purchase!

We were looking to replace our side by side fridge with a new fancy french door with extra drawer. This one had the size and dimensions that it would fit into the space we had in our kitchen. We had a rough start in the beginning, when the freezer would not cool down after 24 hours. The fridge portion was cooling just fine. We took the suggestion of unplugging and replugging it in to get the freezer started. I was worried that this simple action would not fix the freezer not working. Lo and behold, that action fixed the issue and we haven't had any problems since. The ice maker is adequate, but I can see what people mean by it's "slow." The ice doesn't tumble out as fast as I think it should, but it comes out of the fridge, so you spend 5 or 10 seconds longer waiting for ice to fill your cup, it isn't a deal breaker. All in all, it is a nice fridge.

I love the layout of this fridge - the flexzone drawer is my favorite part. It's really convenient having that extra space. I also love the french door style - so much better having the fridge on top. What I don't love about this is the ice. We don't use it that often, but when we do, the cubes are very small and even though we have it on the cubed selection, ice "dust" comes out with your cubes of ice (this isn't even crushed ice, but a very fine dusting of ice which waters down your drink).

We love our new refrigerator it is a great purchase and can hold lots of stuff.

This fridge is amazing and Best Buy deilvery is the best. The middle drawer on this fridge is our favorite feature and the isolated ice maker is way better than the old school open faced tub.

Great size, great coldness. Love the middle drawer. The freezer is super cold and holds setting. We like the function and the look. Hard to clean the glass shelves and any spills are going to be really tough to get to on the glass. The ice machine is only okay--it makes plenty of ice, but odd sized cubes with too much air--the ice is very white from the same line that my previous unit used that made perfect, clear ice.

I had it for 3 weeks now .seems works perfect .no issues spacious has planty if space . Doors has alarm if you forget to close them .also you can control the temperature through wifi and app.recomanded with confidence.

Big improvement over our last refrigerator. The cooler drawer is fantastic and the temp controls inside the door instead of above the icemaker like our old refrigerator give a much sleeker appearance. Finger print and smudge free is an excellent feature.

Me and my family finally upgraded refrigerators and we like this one so far it keeps our stuff nice and cool there’s is a lot of space in the button freezer and we like keeping vegetables and etc. stuff in the flex Zone which is the middle drawer

Super spacious & very quiet. Love that when we need extra shelf space we have it but when not needed they can be flipped up or slid back out the way. The middle draw is wonderful to store things or if having a party & need to place a large tray in!

Love it! Looks great, sturdy handles. We bought this in a Samsung package for black Friday and are glad we did. Opting for a 28 cu ft fridge is well worth it. We like the organization feature in the pullout. Great lighting. Only thing (may be just us getting used to it) is the door mechanism at the top sometimes hasnt glided into its slot on the left hand side. Its not a bid deal as it is just a flap you need to make sure is flush back and not flipped forward. I realized that the door wasnt shutting all the way and it was because the flap was not slid into the fridge when shutting. Its hard to beat all of the features this fridge carries. I look at a lot of fridges for my job, and this is up there. Water dispenser in the door with this cu ft and the pullout is in my opinion, a top tier offer. It really makes the kitchen look rich and is super convenient to use. Recommend this buy

Large and all the features we wanted in a great looking refrigerator. Really like the Flex Zone drawer. Very handy to keep items you use frequently in the drawer for easy access and you don't have to open the main fridge doors as frequently.

Great refrigerator middle drawer nice for can sodas you can keep them colder since has separate temperature. Had for over year working great!

This is the absolute best bargain for your buck! Plenty of room in fridge and freezer. I love the pull out “quick serve” drawer that is outside the fridge instead of inside. Sleek design. I give it five stars!!!!!

There is no light on the exterior water/ice machine when using it. The shelving option could be much better. Overall it works like a fridge. And the middle drawer is temp adjustable we use it to store drinks.

I LOVE my new fridge. The flex drawer is perfect for sodas and cold snacks. The fridge itself has a ton of room and the gallon storage in the door is great for milk. I was a little disappointed when I realized that there was a place in the freezer door for a shelf ( and read online that it used to come with it). But now it had as to be ordered separately.

I have had this refrigerator for about a month now. I love it. In the beginning there was a slight problem with the ice maker, but that was quickly resolved. It is roomy. I love the fingerprint resistant stainless steel.

Love this fridge. Got similar in 2015 and had to get it again!
