There is no light on the exterior water/ice machine when using it. The shelving option could be much better. Overall it works like a fridge. And the middle drawer is temp adjustable we use it to store drinks.

I LOVE my new fridge. The flex drawer is perfect for sodas and cold snacks. The fridge itself has a ton of room and the gallon storage in the door is great for milk. I was a little disappointed when I realized that there was a place in the freezer door for a shelf ( and read online that it used to come with it). But now it had as to be ordered separately.

Capacious and capable refrigeration, at 28'cu. offering the option of "more" freezer, or "more" fridge when needed through the middle "FlexZone" drawer. Drawers make access to contents in the back of the fridge before they become unknowns. . . . and don't require "side" clearances to open, as many doors do. Cold water delivery never freezes up, as the line did on my GE side-by-side. and the ability of the shelves and cubbies to change levels can accommodate most storage needs as personally desired. One thing missed is a stacking beverage can dispenser, but sure that option can be found to add later. Restocking a full fridge's contents (from the one replaced) still left half the fridge empty, it's huge, and only protrudes 4" deeper than original. Speaking of size, thought the online "Does it Fit" calculator said this fridge would not, a careful inspection and measurement of the unit at my local BestBuy Store, and comparing what I had for actual clearances in my home verified in advance of installation, that this model would indeed fit not only my needs, but space to accommodate the new unit. Watch the adds even after purchase, for BestBuys honored a later sale offer to match best price. Took two months for delivery and installation, but even though late, the GeekSquad team were fun to work with, and they relocated my old fridge to the garage where now relegated to. Looks great, time to freeze some venison!

Buyer beware of this refrigerator. This is not unique to me. I read reviews and was willing to take the chance I would get a better performing fridge, and the majority have had a good experience. Nothing could be further from the truth. There are several class action lawsuits against Samsung for how bad this fridge operates. See details about Samsung via Better Business Bureau reviews in New Jersey, where their HQ is located. The ice maker frosts over, requiring knocking down frost and ice every two weeks. It also does not cool to the temp displayed on the door. It condensates so badly, food is drenched in water. Hovers around 45-50 degrees. After numerous repairmen to refill Freon, and so called perform a thorough repair, nothing has ever “fixed” this fridge, and just paid $4k for another more dependable brand. Listen, don’t take a chance on this fridge unless you are willing to deal with poor Samsung customer service, and living with a problem. Yes; it’s a better price than the others. But I could have saved myself nearly $3K with tax, and purchased a more dependable fridge in the first place. I cannot stress enough, every single person who has purchased this fridge has issues. Some people are willing to deal with it. I am not. 5 years to finally say enough, is too long. If you decide to risk it, come back and post a review like I am, humbly eating crow because I didn’t believe the bad reviews. This refrigerator is poorly designed, and no repairman can fix that.

This is an upgraded model of a 6 yr old fridge that died on us, so performance and longevity remains to be seen. We do like the features such as the ice machine and LOVE the top drawer that can be fridge or freezer if needed! We also like the temp controls being moved inside the fridge - we used to hit them accidentally, changing the temp but didn't know it until the drawer froze our pop. However, the controls are not as simple to use as now ALL the temp controls are in one place - Celsius or Fahrenheit, which section temp, the lock etc. Overall we are happy!

I loveee my Samsung Refrigerator. Its so spacious with plenty of storage space and the temp control is awesome. Also love the water dispenser and ice maker. Its also finger print resistant.

We are absolutely happy with our new Samsung refrigerator. Both the refrigerator and freezer are very spacious. There is no issue with finger prints either. We love it!!

1000% Recommend! We were saved by Samsung and its super fast cooling and well made fridge. It saved us from a super bad prior experience. (( Flashback to the week prior when we purchased a DIFFERENT Brand.. Aggh!! not saying in case just a glitch... and it took forever to get cold (tech said it would take the a day..?!?!?) then it got cool.. We shopped.. filled fridge to come back to compressor off and all warm ruined food.)) We then switched to Samsung. WOW what a difference. Cooled super fast for a new fridge. Always gets cold right away after door open for use.. Ice maker is WAYYYYY Better at producing ice and easy to access the pull out when needing more.. Samsung even feels more substantial on the doors and drawers. Total winner and such a relief.

Great Frig perfect size. Gets cold love the trays quiet running.

So Far so good. It looks great, very quiet with exception of the ice maker. I am really glad I got the flex drawer, very useful. All of the 28 cubic feet of the fridge are useful.

I came home from vacation to a broken refrigerator. Best Buy had a similar Samsung refrigerator in stock and was able to deliver it within 2 days. They showed up on time and did a fantastic job installing it and getting it up and running. The refrigerator is working great. Thanks to Best Buy for having this 3 drawer Samsung in stock with a quick turn on the delivery!

Works great, love the middle door between the freezer and fridge that you can adjust the temp to, makes ice fast, exactly what we wanted

This refrigerator works great for our family. The extra pull out drawer is great for all the kids goodies. And love how the fingerprints don’t show on the stainless doors.

Very roomy and quiet. The middle flex drawer is definitely a plus, seeing how you can use it as an extra refrigerating compartment or an extra freezing compartment.

So far so good. Been 5 months and no complaints. Works really well and has tons of storage. Love the bottom drawer.

My husband and I are extremely happy with this purchase. The fridge is beautiful and the amount of space astounded us. Our old fridge which was similar in size, did not hold nearly as much as this fridge does. We also love the flex zone drawer and find it to be very convenient with small children. Originally we had purchased a similar one at another store however, we were not pleased with the delivery service. The Best Buy delivery team were great! They were and have always done a great job and have been very accommodating (which is why we will continue to make our appliance purchases from them).

I am very satisfied with my Samsung French door refrigerator. It is a beatiful desing, plenty of space, and keeps food fresh evenly . It runs quietly and the organization is excellent. Great value and highly recommended
