My husband and I are extremely happy with this purchase. The fridge is beautiful and the amount of space astounded us. Our old fridge which was similar in size, did not hold nearly as much as this fridge does. We also love the flex zone drawer and find it to be very convenient with small children. Originally we had purchased a similar one at another store however, we were not pleased with the delivery service. The Best Buy delivery team were great! They were and have always done a great job and have been very accommodating (which is why we will continue to make our appliance purchases from them).

Very spacious and efficient. This Samsung fits great in our kitchen. We had a well working stainless side by side fridge that this one has replaced and so far we love the following benefits: -French doors with larger fridge space up high; we don't use the freezer as much so I definitely like having refrigerated items on the upper level and freezer below, Good storage options and easy to customize, especially the flex zone pull out area in the middle . It doesn't stick out too far from the wall / counter top. Overall, It just works and works well.

We upgraded our refrigerator to this Samsung model primarily because of the FlexZone drawer but every other features advertised have worked perfectly since day one. The price was very competitive, the delivery fast and the installation professional. The sales personnel at the store was very helpful and very efficient. Can't write nothing but good things about this buying experience. I would recommend this model to anyone looking for value and comfort and reliability.

We love the look and size, but this does NOT have a light when pushing the water/ice dispenser button on the outside door. Samsung stopped including that back in 2022 and no one really knows why...doesn't make any sense. There are other Samsung models that have it and it fits in this model, so we were able to get a light. The sales staff is not aware of this and why would they be?! Our old 15-year-old fridge in the basement has one. Samsung blew it here.

Love this fridge, it has the drink drawer, plenty of regular space and a two level freezer section. The fridge is slightly deeper than my last model but it makes up for it woth softer edges. I chose not to go tou h avelreen, everyone ive ever known who has one just uses it to listen to misic and get annoying messages they already have on their phone, i dont need that in my life.

I love my mew Samsung Refrigerator cause it has more space than the LG.

Would have given this refrigerator a full 5 stars except, and its really not that big of deal, but the water/ice dispenser shoots water very far forward, so if you have a small kids cup it misses it completely, and ice like almost every single ice dispenser spits ice everywhere. That being said, the space this thing has is amazing. We love the "wine" drawer ;-) (FlexZone Drawer). Shelving is easily removed and easy to clean. We would still recommend this product.

The unit is working well and spacious and easy to clean.

Have had the fridge for little over 2 weeks now. Figured out the wi-fi connection a few days ago and it saved us. Wife was getting ready to leave for work and I got notified at work that the fridge had been left open. I called her right way and she had left it cracked, so she shut it. I can't imagine what would have happened if it got left open all day. It got cold fast when they delivered it and stay cold. Super quite. Ice marker works great and holds quite a bit.

Lots of room for storage. The temperature controls keep the fruit and vegetables fresher longer. It looks great! Easy to clean and very quiet. No complaints!

I was not sure I would like the bottom freezer drawer and the middle drawer, but they are growing on me. You cannot use the water or ice if the doors are open, which my old fridge was not like that, so it is hard for me to get used to. Very roomy. Wish there was a place to put sticks of butter - I may have to buy a butter saver. The water/ice dispenser also takes some time to get used too, have had a few spills on the floor because we did not have the cup situated just right.

I found this Samsung refrigerator Model: RF27T5201SR/AA SKU: 6401612 on BestBuy website as an open box labeled as "fair" condition for $638.99 located in Bowie, MD outlet store with no pictures provided. I called the number associated with the listing 202-387-6150 to ask about the possibility of receiving pictures of it. I was told by the gentleman who answered my call that he would contact the store where the fridge is being stored to get a visual inspection. He came back to me after 20 minutes saying that the only wrong thing with the fridge is "missing documentation" and this is a great deal. I asked him to be sure because I live far away near IAD and would rent a pickup truck to pick up the fridge. His answer was 100% positive of the accuracy of the information provided. So, I proceeded with purchasing the fridge and received the receipt instantly. On Sunday, the next day I rented a pickup truck from IAD and went ahead with my daughter to pick up the fridge from Bowie which is 57 miles away. When we arrived, my daughter and I were extremely shocked when we saw the damage of the freezer handler and a big dent in the face of the door. I told the store manager to double check this is the correct fridge I purchased based on the guarantees I received from that gentleman I spoke with. Well, the manager was nice and tried to find a similar fridge with no luck. I called the same number I called the day before and told the story to a lady who said that the gentleman I spoke to and lied or miss informed me is a contractor not a BestBuy employee therefore BestBuy does not feel obligated to correct his mistake. This was, in short words, my painful and frustrating experience with BesBuy..I will never do any transactions with this store in my life.

I love this refrigerator! The inside is so spacious and the outside is so sleek! The middle drawer is perfect for snacks/drinks.

This fridge is spacious and well designed. I wasn't sure I would like the deli drawer as a separate thing but it turns out to be a good idea not to have to open the doors to get into it. There are not many options to change the shelf positions, but so far it has been okay, I have been able to put anything, even fairly tall pots, in there. There is a retracting shelf for even taller pots if you rearrange whatever normally is there. The lighting is great and available in fridge, drawer and freezer.

Perfect size, inside is bright and spacious and for the price was perfect.

I like my Samsung 28 cu ft 4 door French door Refrigerator with FlexZone drawer stainless steel. It’s of spaces to put your food, drinks bread and butter on both sides of the doors. More rooms inside for other stuffs. Big spaces for for frozen foods. Would highly recommend to my friends and relatives to get one at Best Buy only.

The product met my expectations with the size and storage.

This refrigerator is a great update! I wanted a door water/ice dispenser and minimal depth - this meets those two criteria wonderfully. It keeps its temperature. You can easily see what food is where. Sliding shelves in both refrigerator and freezer make it easy to access food.
