Love it. Especially the middle drawer that can be a freezer or a fridge. For us it is perfect for soda cans, cheese and yogurt. Tons of room in the fridge. More than enough freezer space down on the bottom. Nice cold water and ice in the door. I really couldn’t be happier with it.

I absolutely love my new fridge. I was reluctant to buy Samsung as I have heard some bad things about servicing it, but I wanted to match my range and fridge so I went with it. It is a great fridge with lots of space, extra drawer in the middle, and a flexible layout of the main fridge space. Cooling appears uniform and the stainless is easy to clean. Ice maker slow but otherwise works well. I hope that if I ever have to service it, that I will have better luck than others.

The refrigerator is great. My salesperson at Best Buy Fort Lauderdale was friendly and efficient. My refrigerator arrived on time. One part of the installation is not complete. There is a rivet on the top shelf that needs to be removed. I have called the Geek Squad, but have had trouble getting through. Questions on your helpline got me nowhere. I talked to many women without a resolution. I do not have the drill necessary to remove this little rivet.

We've had this fridge for about a month now and we absolutely love it. There's plenty of room in the fridge, freezer, and flex-zone area. It really is fingerprint resistant which is nice as well. The only drawback is the icemaker doesn't make as much ice as I'd like it to. It's a small drawback but wasn't a deal breaker when it came to purchasing this fridge. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking.

This is a beautiful refrigerator. The ice make seems slower than the Kenmore it replaced. I love the FlexZone drawer. That was an added benefit to this model. I hope it serves us well for many years to come.

The refrigerator is great.the I like the different compartment to keep everything separated and fresh.

Have been using it for 2 months. So far a very good product. It connects to your phone, in my case I have a Samsung. Not sure it connects with other makers.

I love most everything about this machine with the exception of the Ice maker/water dispenser. The ice maker is very slow to dispense ice and also small. The button that actually makes the ice come out on the door is so hard to hit specifically in the right place (it is a huge long button but a small button behind that) to activate the process. No matter what size cup you use.

I really like the arrangement of the shelves and doors. The middle drawer saves having to open the whole refrigerator to get the lunch meats. The only concern I have is the ice maker - seems it lets little water and crushed ice in before the whole cubes.

I love this refrigerator with the flexzone drawer. The fridge has loads of room inside. One of the best features of this fridge is the location of the water filter. It is located in the front (on inside) of the fridge. My previous Samsung fridge water filter was located in the back corner of the fridge where you had to empty out 1/2 of a shelf if food just to reach the filter. On this model, the filter is located front and center of the fridge, making it easy to replace.

Happy with the features and size, is quiet and looks great.

Spacious and quiet fridge. So many compartments and energy efficient

I purchased this fridge because my fiance really, REALLY wanted the extra pull drawer that allowed her to dictate the temperature (the flexzone drawer -- ya know, the one that she has yet to use even though it was the reason we had to have THIS ONE instead of the one without the drawer -- but I digress). The black stainless is beautiful and the fridge is HUGE. It works well enough. Everything operates as it should and I have had it for almost a month. Icemaker works just fine. My issues with this are the amount of "tall" space available and the outside density of the fridge. If you have bottles of wine or a 2-liter of soda, you had better get used to laying it all down. One of the shelves has a way to push it partially back -- so it becomes half the length -- and which then leaves room to set a few bottles of things upright that are tall. If you have milk, 2-liters, wine, anything like that, it fills up the space very quickly, so you'll have to learn to lay things down on the other shelves. My only other complaint is that it is not made of a very sturdy outer shell. We have two large dents in the front -- around where the FlexZone drawer is -- that we noticed a few days ago. Not sure how they got there as it was just my fiance and I at home recently. We don't really have anything else around the fridge that could have put dents into it. Did I maybe use my knee to close something? I don't remember doing that, but if I did, I certainly didn't use my spider-bite induced super strength to do so (that doesn't work, by the way. Um, not that I tried or anything.), so I am not sure where they came from. What I do know is that it wasn't anything particularly impactful, like something slamming into the door, because my fiance and I would have remembered. So it doesn't take much to put fairly noticeable dents into the outer shell. Overall, the fridge looks fantastic. It is large and deep and can hold lots of things. The things it can't really hold well are tall items, like milk, 2-liters of soda, wine, and items like that. It should also be more durable for the price that it is -- even though I got mine on a Black Friday deal and it was a killer price. I would buy one again if I saved a kid from a Gamma Bomb explosion and the resultant mutation gave me enormous strength and in a fit of range I through it to the moon. Even with the limitations, it is a pretty nifty fridge and it is beautiful.

Best fridge ever. Nice, neatly, quiet, lot of inner space, different gadgets.

Product has worked great for us and is much better with fingerprints from our children than our previous Samsung that we bought in 2010. However you do lose overall shelf space with the flex zone drawer so we cannot fit as many bigger containers and plates as we did with our 28.7 Samsung previously. I only gave the review 4 stars because one of the shelves was not all the way placed into the shelving bracket when the product was set up and the shelf shattered everywhere at 10pm a week after we bought it and the shelf dented the flexzone drawer on its tumble downward. Best Buy customer service was absolutely excellent in setting up shipment of replacement parts and a geek squad appointment free of charge to remedy the issue!!
