The refrigerator is great.the I like the different compartment to keep everything separated and fresh.

I’ve only owned this refrigerator for a couple of months now... it performs reasonably well. It is spacious and allows App control for settings in all 3 zones ( refrigerator, flex and freezer). It informs you if the doors have been left open and nags you to close it. No complains this far... so I recommend it on my ownership for 2 months.

This is an impressive refrigerator, both visually and performance wise. The attention to detail and design don't really come into focus until you've had it in the house for awhile and really get to use it. The first impression in the store is one thing but where it shines is once it's in the kitchen and you're using it day to day. The frig stays at the set temperature as does the freezer. The middle shelf is great for keeping beverages cold without using space in the main area of the frig. The ice maker/water dispenser work flawlessly. So while my review is based on about a month of use, I don't see why that would change. I can highly recommend this frig. We have all Samsung appliances in our kitchen and visitors are always impressed by them.

We needed a new fridge for our home as our old one started to leak. I searched the internet for good deals and decided one day to visit our local Best Buy which had this one on sale for a very good price. We purchased it the same day and have been happy with it since its delivery to our home. It is spacious and not loud at all.

We love our new refrigerator, very roomy. It keeps everything cold the drawers where the freezer are are great.

This is an amazing Refrigerator! So much space and to be able to designate a Drawer for meat and cheese! We absolutely love it! And everyone at best buy thru this process were very nice and helpful! The guys that helped us load it were great! And we really appreciated it because it was very windy and cold the day we picked it up and they had great attitudes! Thank you!

This refrigerator is great! I love all the extra spaces for specific size items. ( condiments, etc.) It is easy to keep items organized. And the smaller drawer is perfect for drinks!

We love the look of our new refrigerator! Simplistic but practical. We entertain a lot, and the deli drawer is fantastic. It holds all of our charcuterie board necessities and at the perfect temperature.

Love everything about this refrigerator looks, size, layout, water/ice dispenser. Only downside would be small ice capacity, but knew that going in.

Very spacious love the extra drawer that can change from fridge to freezer. Lighting is great.like the display of temperature control on the side, and also how you can adjust everything in that same area.The weeks on the bottom make it convenient to move for cleaning. The ice and water dispenser is awesome. I like how it has the lock options.

We purchased this refrigerator in May 2020 to go with 3 other Samsung appliances for our kitchen remodel. One of the features I love is the flex zone drawer which we use for deli items and definitely comes in handy to store a tray of deviled eggs, or any other large dish(es) for parties etc. It has an alarm that goes off if a door/drawer has been left open too long or wasn't closed properly. At first I found this annoying because I never had a problem leaving the door open. However, I find the way the new fridge doors shut, it is very often (unknowingly) left ajar & the alarm has saved us/our food on numerous occasions. I like the sliding drawer in the freezer section where I keep frozen fruit, vegetables and ice cream so that I can use the remainder of the bottom drawer for meats & other frozen packages. Now to the bad...by June 2022, I'm wondering did we buy a dud or is this make/model unreliable? The freezer started making a grinding noise & immediately stopped working. We lost all of the food in our well stocked freezer, but fortunately, we purchased the extended protection plan & submitted a claim for all that was lost. A repairman came out after the July 4th holiday & diagnosed the problem. He ordered a sensor & another part & 2wks later came to replace the faulty parts. Everything was working fine when he left, but now 2 days later, we woke up to find defrosted food in the freezer. It is summer in Florida, so I am very grateful that the ice maker is located in the top (refrigerator section) & has somehow not been affected by the freezer malfunction. I am also grateful that the refrigerator portion still works & that we purchased the protection plan. We now need to shop for a new refrigerator to replace this one (no cost to us because of the protection plan), but I'm not sure how long that will take for delivery & it would behoove us to buy another protection plan for this new refrigerator. They just don't make things the way they used to!

I like the fact of fingerprint resistant and the middle compartment and the freezer has plenty of room. The only complaints I have is the main compartment of refrigerator the shelves will not or can not switch from left to right and the water dispenser is sensitive upon touch.

We upgraded to this fridge from a counter depth fridge and WE LOVE IT! So much space. It is a very deep fridge and spacious for left over and produce. We love the flex drawer for our snacks and drinks. The side door also holds two 1 gallon milk jugs!! The freezer space is still spacious enough to put all your frozen good or to freeze meat and etc. Down side to this fridge is the configuration isn't really interchangeable. It looks like it could be, but you can't. They are set to where they are meant to be. You could move them, but the won't fit properly or stable enough to put things on. There are also small awkward shelves on the ice machine side that don't really fit anything practical. We've had the fridge for a little over a month and over all we love it.

Love the extra drawer for cheeses, yogurts, etc. I had the same model in my prior one, and liked everything about the frig. Unfortunately after 12 years the ice maker stopped working, and rather than trying to fix something that old I decided to just buy a new one. I really like it.

Love the beautiful design! The storage space is remarkable. My only negative is there isn’t much light on the outside. Love the extra drawer in the middle and holds a lot of extra long wine bottles
